  Jason, the manager at AutoZone Store #3699 in Needles provides excellent customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of his way to help customers find exactly what they need. The store runs smoothly under his leadership, and you can tell he cares about both his team and the people who walk in. I got stranded in Needles traveling to The AVI Casino for a performance with my family when my Engine Coolant Reservoir sprang a leak and the vehicle over heated in a 115 degree weather. This location did not have it in stock but another Auto Zone in Bullhead did Jason told me. I called my drummer at AVI, he came picked me up, went to Bullhead, purchased the part and then came back to the Needles Store. Jason's shift had passed and he went home. The Store called him and he left his house to drive back and Installed the Reservoir in my vehicle, put the coolant in and made sure there were no bubbles in the line. I was able to get to the Casino on time and perform in the nick of time. This man HELPED me and my family in a desperate moment. He showed Great kindness and concern for my need. He went out of his way for a customer and I really needed to give a BIG shout out to him. Thank you Jason. From the bottom of my heart! Great Employee AutoZone!

  The guys at this AutoZone are AMAZING!!! Every single one of them went out of their way to help me try to figure out the right tools to use for my job! And if they didn't have the tool, they took the time to help me figure out other options! I appreciate these guys sooo much! If it weren't for them I'd still be stuck broken down! Thank you guys again! Jason the store manager is top notch!

  I just happen to be driving through when my alternator decided not to work anymore. Of course it was 113° at the time. Although I did not initially buy the alternator from them, a couple of them workers came out and helped me diagnose the issue. They recommended a auto shop a couple of minutes away which I ended up going to. Then their price was the lowest in the area for that alternator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this location if you needed any parts.
