We drove more than four hours round trip based on the information provided by your staff, only to find out afterward that the dealership doesn’t even support the program. This level of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. ok I had already sent you the specific questions beforehand, and your salesperson confirmed that everything was fine. That’s the only reason I drove all the way to your dealership. You scheduled a test drive for me, but when I arrived, the car wouldn’t even start. Shouldn’t you make sure the vehicle is inspected and in proper working condition before asking a customer to come in for a test drive?
