  I was sent here through my warranty company for a tire repair/replacement after my car picked up a screw. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager Roberto was unprofessional from the very beginning. I actually called ahead before bringing the vehicle in and explained the warranty situation over the phone. Even then, he immediately gave the impression that he did not want to deal with the warranty process at all. No matter how many times I tried to provide the warranty company name or phone number, he repeatedly brushed it off and stated that he “doesn’t know anything about that.” At one point during the call, when I asked about the cost of a patch repair, he told me he would “just patch it for free” because he didn’t want to deal with the warranty process. However, he never asked for any details about my vehicle or tires. My vehicle has run-flat tires, which cannot be patched, so that would have been important information to look into before telling me to bring the car in. The overall impression I got was that there was very little interest in actually helping me appropriately or professionally. I completely understand wanting to ensure payment and avoid unnecessary complications with third-party warranties, but there was no effort made to understand the situation or attempt to work through it constructively. I experienced a very similar situation about a year ago with another vehicle at Discount Tire, and the difference in professionalism was night and day. Their manager simply explained that he had never handled that specific warranty process before and asked for a little patience while he communicated with the warranty company, corporate office, and me to make sure everything was handled correctly. That interaction was respectful and solution-oriented. Because of how this situation was handled, I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it, even though it was significantly farther away. The dealership handled everything professionally and without issue. I’m generally a very understanding person, and it seemed like there may have been staffing or operational frustrations happening behind the scenes. However, those frustrations should never be taken out on customers, especially by management. Given the number of other tire service options in the area, I will not be returning to this Tire Choice location or using Tire Choice at all as a company, nor would I recommend it based on this experience.

  Great customer service. Everything is explained in detail. I love that I was given different quotes. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend taking your car there.

  Great customer service front desk. Just wish they had life time alignment. Price is competitive but I think can be a little better. Parking is limited.
