  Tire choice, y’all Just lost a loyal customer today. I have Been taking all my cars here for over a decade. Even brought some of my family and friends here. Was quoted a price over the phone. And a couple weeks later(a different manager) price is different. "We have to make money bro" I understand, trust me I work in sales. Crazy part is that i called twice, once before in the beginning of the month to receive quote and then yesterday to make appointment. Let's just say if quoted price was incorrect, you would think they would apologize, work out a deal or just would have just honored quoted price. Integrity should mean more than money in your pocket. It wasn't like you were losing thousands and it was only for an hour of work. It seemed a bit busy so he probably just didn't want to add to the work load. I have dealt with different managers here over the years. Some pocketed money, some did work off the books, some over priced work and some were actually fair and honest. It is what it is though, will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, ended up finding a shop that quoted me around the same price from first quote I was originally quoted from other manager.

  "I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this establishment. After my initial appointment was not honored, I had to take time off work to return, which caused a significant disruption to my schedule. The staff appears to lack accountability, prioritizing a routine workflow over customer satisfaction. When I was finally seen, the front desk representative, Junior, did not demonstrate acceptable customer service skills. Furthermore, the technician failed to conduct a thorough inspection, merely looking at the engine and claiming everything was fine, whereas a different shop later identified a serious AC leak in my system."

  Great deal on oil change. Customer service was good, willl definitely come back here in the future

  I will never go back to this place. Very unprofessional and rude specially the assistant manager, Junior. They lied about doing the balancing of the 4 tires we bought from Amazon. We drove the car on the freeway and noticed that they had not done the balancing that we paid for through Amazon, went back to the confront them about it and Junior, very rudely wanted to make us wait to do a service they did not do. Junior has a lot of learning to do when it comes to customer service. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

  I have been going to Tire Choice for years. This location is under new management and it shows. It is from day to night on how they treat their customers. The new manager was very rude and talked to me in a demeaning way. They asked for my phone number and said I haven't been seen in years which was wrong, as I have been going there for year and has even recommended my family members to come to this location. I asked if maybe there was another account, my car could be under and he shushed me away and seemed irritated to even have to talk to me again. I was a loyal customer here and will definitely not be coming back and telling my family and friends not to return either. The new manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills.
