  Tire choice has been my choice for over 7 years till Esteban left. I have 6 cars under my account and now they can never the last 5 times find us in the data base . The customer service sucks so bad with a young man that needs to learn how to do customer service. Learn how to ask questions instead of making the decision for the customer . I called customer service and they super sucked .. left a call back number they called back and acted like they couldn’t hear me and hung up . Then o call back waited for 20 mins , and it was like talking to a wall .. after 15 mins of her attempting to ask question I had to just let her know I couldn’t handle our conversation anymore .. 15 mins and she asked 3 simple questions . Sorry tire choice .. I’ll take my and my families cars else where .. you messed up by getting some young sloppy kid run the front O but the reason for the 2 star is cause the guys that work in the back are amazing !! Don’t lose them your whole company will go down

  I was just about to leave the house to run some errands when I realized I had a flat tire. I called right before heading over, and they were able to get me in right away! The service was quick, convenient, and much appreciated. Definitely a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tire service.

  On long road trip and we're able to get tires for our maserati and complete job within two hours along with brakes that were discovered.

  Tire choice, y’all Just lost a loyal customer today. I have Been taking all my cars here for over a decade. Even brought some of my family and friends here. Was quoted a price over the phone. And a couple weeks later(a different manager) price is different. "We have to make money bro" I understand, trust me I work in sales. Crazy part is that i called twice, once before in the beginning of the month to receive quote and then yesterday to make appointment. Let's just say if quoted price was incorrect, you would think they would apologize, work out a deal or just would have just honored quoted price. Integrity should mean more than money in your pocket. It wasn't like you were losing thousands and it was only for an hour of work. It seemed a bit busy so he probably just didn't want to add to the work load. I have dealt with different managers here over the years. Some pocketed money, some did work off the books, some over priced work and some were actually fair and honest. It is what it is though, will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, ended up finding a shop that quoted me around the same price from first quote I was originally quoted from other manager.
