I got my brakes done and an alignment the other day. I have bought many tires there and there are nice people there and they get things done in a timely manner.

Your company is losing its integrity. I went in for an oil change simple oil change on a 75,000 mile truck.. I recently just had to replace my radiator for my car accident maybe 2 to 3 months ago. Your trusted employee requested that I need it a radiator flush because it was a lot of corrosion buildup. This statement was absolutely false. Why would I need to flush a radiator that just got replaced with a brand new fluid and radiator? When I questioned his suggestion, he said well I have a Dodge too, because we have the same car, you know everything about my car? It’s a total scam. They also requested that I need an all four brakes. Brakes were replaced under a year ago.. So I took my car after you guys serviced it to a trusted I mean, really trusted honest mechanic and they said all of your suggestions were false. What kind of company are you running here? I also seen a sticker on the table where you pay that said suggest every client needs a oil change every time.. What the hell is going on here? What kind of scheme scam services are you guys offering? Maybe you should reevaluate your approach to hard-working people and be honest.

Tire choice national city gave my Tesla back all scratched up I bought 4 tires and paid for installation on Amazon.. I ended up choosing Tire Choice National City... the tires were delivered and I took my Tesla Model Y to get the tires installed... they took about and hour and a half and told me Im good to go When I got home I saw they scratched up the back of my tesla near the rear driver side wheel well. They didnt let me know nothing and just gave me my car in this condition.. I take care of my car and really proud and try to keep it nice... its very disapppointing that they ended up damaging it and giving me more problems in my life to solve

I went to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers on Sweetwater Road in National City for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades. When I checked in, I specifically told the counter representative that my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) was showing low-pressure warnings on all four tires and asked that they pay particular attention to the tire pressure. He assured me they would. The representative then told me he was going to "do me a favor" and save me about $20, which he is essentially the cost of the tire rotation. I appreciated the gesture at the time. When I picked up my truck, I noticed the inspection sheet showed all four tires at 35–36 PSI. That immediately raised concerns because my TPMS was still showing 27–29 PSI on all four tires. I asked the tech whether there had been any issues with the tire pressure, and I was told there were none when he checked in the truck. After getting into my truck, the low-pressure warnings were still present. I asked to use his tire gauge and checked the tires myself. Every tire measured 27–29 PSI, exactly what the TPMS had been reporting. This means the pressures listed on the inspection paperwork were inaccurate, and the tires had not been inflated as indicated. Not checked initially, and not checked at all! After adding air to the tires, I was preparing to leave when I noticed the oil change maintenance indicator had not been reset. I had to reset it myself, which seems like a basic part of an oil change service. Later, I reviewed my invoice and noticed that Tire Choice advertises free tire rotations with its oil change service. That made the earlier "discount" sound less like a special favor and more like a standard service that was already included. My experience left me disappointed for several reasons: The tire pressure readings documented on the inspection paperwork did not match the actual tire pressures. The tech, didn't check it and lied! The tires were not inflated despite the service records indicating otherwise. The oil change reminder was not reset. The explanation regarding the "discount" was misleading. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. That's disappointing because the location was convenient, and being able to work out at the gym across the street while my vehicle was serviced would have made it a great fit.
