  An absolute nightmare from start to finish. The "manager" here has zero customer service skills and was shockingly rude. They completely messed up my reservation—didn't have the truck I booked, tried to pass off a minivan instead, and then had the nerve to try and overcharge me by refusing to honor my locked-in price. Moving/hauling is stressed enough without scammers making it worse. Avoid this place like the plague!

  Terrible service, zero professionalism, and bait-and-switch tactics ​I’m giving them one star only because I can’t give zero. I had an awful experience at the Enterprise branch located at 3000 National City Blvd. I had a confirmed reservation made well in advance for a premium/higher-category vehicle. When I arrived, not only did they refuse to honor my reservation, but the staff's attitude was absolutely terrible. ​They tried to force me to take a much lower-category car (smaller/basic) while charging me the exact same high rate as the vehicle I had originally booked. Basically, they tried to rip me off by giving me less for my money, without offering any solutions or even an apology. ​They don't keep their word, they don't honor their own bookings, and their customer service is pathetic. Avoid this location at all costs if you don't want your trip ruined. A complete embarrassment!

  Absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed reservation for a specific truck, but upon arrival, the manager informed me they didn't have it and tried to substitute it with a minivan. Not only was the manager extremely rude and unhelpful, but they also refused to honor the price of my original reservation, attempting to charge me a much higher current rate instead. Zero customer service skills and zero integrity. Avoid this location at all costs.

  Worst experience ever! The "manager" was incredibly impolite and completely uncooperative. I showed up for a specific truck style that I had reserved well in advance, but instead, they tried to force me into a minivan. To make matters worse, they refused to honor my original reservation price and tried to bait-and-switch me with a higher, current rate. Absolute nightmare of a business. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  Hi everyone i am a State Farm customer my car was in the shop for repairs. I picked up my 1st car rental and they asked for a bank card/debit card for security hold for car rental yes i gave my card. Within 5 days of picking up my car rental they called me up and asked me if i can return the rental i was in because they were bringing it in to clean up and sell it. So i did show up same day within a few hours of call and got swapped out into another car, mind you Enterprise asked me when i was going to return the car rental, i said as soon as you all tell me, the guy from Enterprise said okay. In addition while he was inspecting first car rental (STATE FARM CAR RENTAL CLAIM) the employee was talking out-loud being rude making remarks about the condition of the car being dirty and about some markings on the outside of the car, i looked up at him and said “excuse me the car was given to me like that dirty Inside not even cleaned, and as for whatever markings and dirt on outside your referring to was noted by The girl (assistant manager) when i picked it up i did nothing to the car, he then quickly changed his attitude and rude tone towards me and also made note i filled up the gas tank fully and he said will give you gas credit for the new rental your getting. I agreed! Days passed and NOBODY EVER CALLED ME FROM ENTERPRISE NOT ONCE, i took the car rental that state farm provided me back to Enterprise because a family member said i can use their car! A few days later i got notified by my bank enterprise charged me $100 (security hold deposit) plus charged me for the car rental in 2 different transactions, once in April 2026 and car rental fee in May they state that My car insurance State Farm stopped paying them for the car rental so Enterprise took it upon themselves to charge my card all these fees, keep in mind this was an insurance claim that they also got cut a check and was paid by state farm! Enterprise also charged for all these additional days when i have video and photos of when i dropped off my car rental in addition Enterprise never gave me and end date for returning the car! Could you imagine had i kept the state farm car rental till this day how much money they would be stealing/helping themselves to??!!!! I called Enterprise multiple times to help me and refund my money back but they refused they said for me to call my insurance company and deal with them! Today June 1,2026 at Approximately 10:47 am i called again to follow up with manager and she was rude, unprofessional, stubborn, argumentative, unwilling to help me and was speaking down to me cut me off from talking, did not care to listen or help refund my money and take responsibility for their false charges! Thats when i came here to share my review ! Also before i forget they sold my information for sales and marketing purposes to another department in their car sales department at Enterprise so i also got calls/voice message , text, email, from them trying to sell me cars. Enterprise Auto sales Department said i was referred to them by the same place i picked up my auto claim rental from located at 3000 National City Blvd, National City CA. 91950. Never once did i ask them to share or sell my private information and i did not tell them i wanted to buy a car from Enterprise, i am making this be known this is a violation of my privacy! So BEWARE of the staff and location here and careful on how they are quick to charge your card for anything they choose because its what customers leave on file!!! I have informed State Farms so they can reconsider business with Enterprise!
