I visited the AutoZone on Plaza Blvd. to purchase parts for my car. At first, the employee helped me look up the parts I needed, but when I asked her to check whether one of the parts was still under warranty, her attitude changed. She became impatient and appeared annoyed by my questions. When the transaction was finished, she placed the items on the counter. I paid in cash, and instead of handing me my change, she placed it on top of the boxes and walked away without saying anything. I waited until she returned and then asked if she could please put my items in a bag. She did, but again with a rude attitude. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I understand everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should not be made to feel like they are a burden. Employees represent AutoZone and should provide professional, respectful customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a better experience.

1 star. Very frustrating experience. The store had my vehicle information entered incorrectly, which led to the wrong part being ordered. After already waiting, I was told the correct part wouldn't arrive for another 2 days. Wasted time, extra trips, and poor attention to detail.

Is the manager running an AutoZone or promoting a nightclub? Can’t get in the Zone when it sounds like a Friday night house party inside the store. Stopped by this AutoZone for a quick part with my young children and immediately regretted it. The music blasting throughout the store was filled with profanity and inappropriate themes the entire time we were inside. It was loud enough that everyone in the store could clearly hear it. I understand wanting background music for employees, but there is a difference between professional music in a retail environment and explicit club music playing loudly in front of families and children. Businesses should understand that customers of all ages walk through their doors, especially families.
