    Understaffed, waited 45 minutes on the phone and another half hour in line at the location just to drop off keys. Management needs to properly staff.

    I frequently rent specifically at the Napa location because they provide great customer service. All the staff are warm, friendly, respectful and professional even on their busiest days. Truly makes me feel like a valued customer.

    The worst rental experience I've ever had. The size vehicle I reserved was not available. I was given the next larger vehicle, but then was built for it when it was a convenience to enterprise not to me. The car was also given to me with Rotten spilt milk in it. The vehicle stunk the entire time that I had it. Pointed this out upon return and nothing was done about it

    My rating is only for the Napa Enterprise location. My experience with the other locations has been very positive. The Napa location is always understaffed and is a busy location. Because of this the wait is long and you are in a stuffy room with many people. Unfortunately, for us their location means I will unhappily use this location again. It is very disheartening to start a vacation at the Napa location . I would advise given a choice do not use this location.
