When I went, that office was run by people who weren't service-oriented and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I called ahead and let the staff know I was coming later than scheduled. I got there, and a customer was upset with the man working the counter, yelling that it had taken an hour to clean her car and it wasn't clean. The man asked for my name, and I told him and gave him my license. He said, "I will clean your car and then get you taken care of." I waited outside in my personal car for 35 minutes, then went in. No one was at the desk and there were no customers. I sat in the lobby and waited, thinking the man who was at the counter was maybe cleaning my car (even though no one was in the wash bay). I could hear the man and a woman in the back office laughing and talking loudly. I began watching reels on my phone, and after another 10 minutes, they must have heard a loud reel because the man came out. He said to me, "Oh, ya let me get you your car," and we walked out to the cars. Once outside, the man said, "Is this Audi ok?" I asked, "Audi? This is a Genesis, a Hyundai Genesis." He replied, "oh, ok". I immediately noticed someone's apartment parking pass hanging from the rear-view mirror and knew he had not cleaned the car. We looked inside and I sa it was not vacuumed and the cup holders were not wiped out. I told him that I needed to drive the car to Las Vegas and back and I needed something a little bigger and I was able to pay a larger fee. The man said, "Oh..." and, after an awkward amount of time, said, "I could ask my manager." At this point, we were at almost an hour, just to pick up a rental car at an office where there were no customers. I asked him to just give me the Genesis and I'd deal with it (so I could leave). The car was checked out to me and I left. When I got to Las Vegas, I swapped the car for a minivan, which the Napa store also had. (I know it may have been reserved and not available to me.) My experience at Enterprise at Las Vegas Airport was excellent. The staff greeted me and helped me with my problem; even though they were quite literally wiped out of vehicles, they found a better option for me.
The Genesis G70 was extremely underwhelming. It feels cheap inside; "performance" consists of just moving shift points, and the handling is not good, it's stable in corners, to a point, but that point is much lower than other vehicles, it breaks and rolls, turning sharper mid corner, even though it is supposed to have sport suspension. I do not believe this should be considered a “Premium” vehicle which is what I reserved.
I will never use the Napa Enterprise again. I will also not book my work rentals through them. It was a terrible experience and far below what I expect from Enterprise.
Lastly, the manager, a female working the day/time I picked up, was ZERO help to the man at the counter, the woman yelling about her car taking forever to be cleaned, and me.
