  Andy is the best. He is very informative, funny, hospitable and has a charm to him! He did a great job. Fast and detailed service. All in all this is a great team. All the workers are awesome. Aubrey is the topside tech. She is a hard worker and informative! The entire staff is very on point with their positive attitudes and mannerisms. Thank you all!!

  I needed a transmission fluid exchange and stopped by to see if they can do it. I had already called several places, some said they couldn't because I had a "sealed" transmission, which technically it is not. And most places were $450-$500+! Even for just a drain and fill 😑, so I stopped by, and was told, yes absolutely, they have the equipment to do it, no appointment needed. They pulled me in when they were done with the vehicle in front of me. Everything was smooth, everyone was kind,lets not forget these guys are out in this heat! Anyway, it was a little over $200 out the door. Couldn't be more thankful 🙏

  Very disappointing experience. I brought in my lowered Charger Scat Pack Widebody, and instead of feeling like the staff was carefully assessing the car and using their expertise, I felt rushed and treated differently because of how low the car sits. The technician’s tone was demanding when directing me to move forward, and several interactions with the workers came across as rude rather than helpful. I even tried to reassure one employee that I was being respectful and simply wanted to know everyone was calm and actually considering the car’s clearance. What really bothered me was being directed up a service terminal with a ramp without properly accounting for the geometry and approach angle of a lowered vehicle. I followed their directions and ended up scraping going down the ramp. Thankfully, there does not appear to be any serious damage, so that is not the biggest issue. The bigger issue is that it made me question whether the vehicle’s clearance was actually being evaluated before I was told to proceed. And to prove that this was not just a matter of my car being “too low,” I drove to the Clinton Keith location about ten minutes later. They listened to my concerns, properly assessed the car, got it into the service area without a scratch, and took care of me without making the situation feel difficult. That is why I do not view this as a Valvoline problem. It was a problem with how the workers at this particular location handled the situation. Whether someone pulls in with a 1996 Nissan Altima or a lowered Widebody Charger, every customer deserves the same professionalism and respect. I had also been to this location before, and there was even a Valvoline oil-change sticker still visible on my windshield, so I expected a more thoughtful approach. My wife and I did not feel comfortable with employees simply looking out from the bay and directing the car forward without giving us confidence that the ramp angle, ride height, splitter, side skirts, and overall clearance had actually been considered. Sticking your head out and telling a lowered car to keep moving is not the same thing as properly gauging whether it can safely make the transition onto the service terminal. When I became uncomfortable and decided not to continue, I was asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, which I politely declined. I left because I did not feel comfortable trusting the situation with my car. Having a low, bright green Widebody does not change the level of professionalism a customer should receive. Owners of modified cars still want to feel respected, heard, and confident that technicians are using their expertise before directing the vehicle onto equipment that may not accommodate its geometry.

  Justin, the manager, was my customer service rep while I was getting my oil changed. He was very personable, professional, and thorough. I had my oil changed and a radiator flush with a coupon for both. I don’t go anywhere else for my oil change so I can’t comment on competitor pricing. I always go to the same location and I have been happy with very time. Highly recommend going in the morning or evening as well wait times can be long. Overall experiences have been friendly and quick service!
