They went over all maintenance needed in my vehicle and allowed me to choose what I wanted taken care of, without the pressure of selling service, which I appreciate. Definitely coming back!
- EHEric Hopewell6 days ago5.0The lady that helped me was very friendly and thorough throughout my visit even though management verbally forced her to take her break AND lunch together only 2 hours into her shift, which was quite unprofessional and I believe against state laws. It almost as though the supervisor enjoyed upsetting her as he was laughing about it. Not a great look for Valvoline’s team in my opinion.

Been getting my oil changed at Valvoline for years and it’s more affordable than the dealer, never had any issues. This location specifically is super nice because they’re usually a lot quicker than the one in Menifee, highly recommend

They were happy to let me look for a coupon so I could get a discount, which I really appreciated. I had my oil changed, but I knew my transmission oil had never been changed (my car isn't that old) and needed it. They also checked my vehicle history on Carfax to confirm it hadn't been done. I used that 20% on additional services coupon, which they were happy to add. I also asked about a tire rotation since it had been a while, and they agreed it was needed without making me feel pressured or upsold. My daughter and I just sat in the car chatting while they worked on it. They are also pretty fast over there. What stood out most was that they seemed honest and trustworthy, more like family or friends trying to help than a shop trying to get me to spend more money. As a single mom, it can be difficult to find a mechanic or service shop you feel comfortable trusting. Highly recommend.
