  Overall, the service was great very nice not a long process. Unfortunately at the end, the technician was closing the hood and something prevented it from closing so he opened it back up, and there was some sort of cap in the way and instead of taking the cap out and throwing it away because he said it didn’t belong in my car when I asked him he tried to put it in a spot that would still allow the hood to close with the cap inside. Now while I’m not a mechanic, I feel like that cap floating around could possibly do some damage. So why would a technician put it back in??

  Great services. I went in for an oil change. Celerino was great with explaining everything I needed to get done with my car. He was thorough and made sure to check my car was working in good shape. Honestly, great job with the services and how fast it was done. I highly recommend going to this location. I had Celerino, Donaven, and Edward work on my car in bay 3. Great team. Give these guys a raise. These three got my car serviced at a reasonable time despite being busy in the mornings. Also, thank you Justyn for following up with the team and making sure everything was done.

  Huge thanks to Jacob, Joshua, Roy and Jeremy at Valvoline for the excellent service on my 4Runner TRD PRO. They completed my oil change and front differential service quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find honest and efficient service these days, and these guys definitely delivered. My 4Runner is running great — highly recommend Jacob, Joshua, Roy and Jeremy for top-notch service!

  I’ve been a customer for years since 1999 in Murrieta,Ca been working everywhere from 2018>2026 Love&Respect all the staff of Valvoline instant oil change the service is always fast,kind & they are big help when you get into coupons it’s a big help for me there customer service is always 5 Stars and I Love it every time all they did change oil& fresh new oil& replacement new oil filter& flushing radiator & fill in it with new radiator coolant & flushing the power steering fluid & filling it with fresh new power steering fluid all the team did Excellent,Beautiful Amazing Job thanks a million for all of your years of service for me much appreciated every time ✊✊✊✊❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

  My car was overdue for an oil change and a bunch of warning lights had come on for unrelated items. Took my car in for the oil change and to see if they could check transmission pressure (warning codes said this might be an issue). While they couldn't deal with my transmission, they did tell me my radiator was dry so we added that service on. Lights turned off after the oil change and radiator service, for just a little over the cost of the part O'Reilly's said I probably need. I'm a happy camper. The staff was very efficient and kind. I've gone to this location for oil changes a couple times and once to a Valvoline in Hemet. I prefer the Cal Oaks location due to a shorter wait, and friendly staff. I almost left before they did my fuel addition, but they stopped me before I left the bay to make sure they got it done.
