  Great location for a franchise. I just moved from Colorado to the Temecula/Murrieta area and the previous Valvoline on 136th and Quebec in Thornton, CO was great. This location here off Delhaven St in Murrieta, CA was just as excellent. The service technicians were very informative on all information regarding potential upcoming services without being too pushy to include them in a simple oil change service. They were timely and there was no wait time as always with Valvoline. I will be sure to come back for all other routine maintenances for my vehicles. Also, for anybody who is like me and usually only takes their main vehicles to dealership specific service shops, Valvoline has completely changed that process for me. All my vehicles have run great after any service they’ve done across the board over the past few years. Highly recommend.

  I always go to Valvoline to get my oil changed and I’ve always loved them and a place just opened up right down the street from my house decided to stop by and had the best experience with the best people CJ and Destiny were absolutely the . They worked quickly. They were friendly. They were very informative. Definitely give them five stars in the young man who greeted me was absolutely nice as well. I found my new favorite Valvoline to go to!

  Destinee was extraordinarily fantastic from start to finish! She provided outstanding customer service, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about taking care of customers and making sure everything is done right. Valvoline is lucky to have someone like Destinee representing the company. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

  Just had a great experience here at this location so I just wanted to take the time to recognize Anthony and Josh for giving me great service here. It was a seamless experience. I’d honestly go out of my way to come back to this specific location because it just made everything so much easier. High recommended!

  I usually go to the location on Cal Oaks. This location opened up not too long ago, kind of like well kept secret I went and they were waiting for me to pull in! I spoke with Connor, very professional and good vibes from him. I got a full synthetic service with a radiator flush. They gave me a discount for the service which was nice. When I went to pull out of the bay my battery gave out.. It had been giving me issues prior and I guess I was lucky it died while I was in their location. A different employee went to get a jump kit to see if they could jump it for me. It wouldnt turn over so they replaced my battery as well. All in all I am very satisfied with this new location and it will be my new go to. Thank you Connor, Katherine, Natalie, If i forgot your name or messed it up a little im sorry!
