  I've had safelite replace a windshield on a previous vehicle. My current vehicle is newer and requires recalibration of cameras so I had to bring it in to their shop (vs coming to my driveway). I called them because I had a good experience before. They set up an appointment and arranged for my insurance claim. The shop was bright, had tables and coffee. Staff was friendly and explained what would be done. I waited there (vs drop-off) The vehicle was ready in 90 minutes which was the earliest estimated. All in all another hassle free service. They also provided a large spray can of windshield cleaner (free).

  Safelite was great! The service was convenient, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They arrived on time, kept me informed with excellent communication, and made the entire process easy. The technician worked quickly and efficiently while still doing a great job. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone needing auto glass service.

  For my initial visit I had to take time off from work to go their Temecula branch. From there they found time to replace my windshield at my workplace in 2 business days! It was so nice because online I had to wait a month for mobile service. The tech was on time and kept me posted with the timeframe. It was very nice that he gave me a heads up on time frames so I wasn’t just waiting around. Very punctual and got the job done.

  The windshield is fine it's the false information and communication that's a bit unfortunate. They don't explain beforehand that the way they accept payments is actually through a separate company and they don't fully approve you so you get an apr. Also that if it isn't set up before the total is due then they expect payment in full that moment.
