  Im extremely grateful for the staff at this location. They took care of me and replaced my windshield faster than I thought. The work was also A+. I would highly recommend this location for your auto glass needs anytime.

  Had a great experience with Safelite. Their tech Dylan did an amazing job, he showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. I got my windshield replaces within an hour and best part is we were scheduled at a convenient time based on our schedule. Worked out perfectly 👌 would definitely use safelite again (if needed) and would recommend to friends 🧡

  The technician at Safe lite Auto glass in Murrieta CA; was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, including how long it would take to complete the job, which I truly appreciated. The young lady at the front desk was also very professional, welcoming, and courteous. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and felt well taken care of. I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the entire team. I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

  Safelite did a superb job. I was amazed that I got service at my house for $100 less than another vendor in town would’ve charged me. I called the other vendor and they couldn’t even give me an accurate estimate of how much the replacement would cost without a VIN number. This company did. My technician Jonathan went beyond the call of duty. My car’s battery was dead, and I couldn’t move it out of the garage until he along with my wife navigated it out. Most importantly, he did the job quickly and professionalL he finishes an hour earlier than I expected Completely recommend this company.

  Back in April, the technician who installed my windshield did not install it properly as the molding/cowl was not seated properly, causing the cowl to not sit flush against the glass and leaving an open space between the windshield and the cowl. The technician Raffael came out the following day and told me that what I was seeing is normal and will settle in a couple of days. Months go by and the cowl is still not flush. The technician totally blew me off as he had no clue he did not seat the window properly to the cowl. I know this because I thought the cowl was defective, so I purchased a new one and replaced it myself. Upon removal of the old cowl, I saw where the cowl was not seated properly. Then I noticed the windshield now has bubbles inside the glass! I tried to call Safelite in Murrieta and I cannot get anyone on the phone. Their entire phone system is automated that takes you through many prompts and the prompts eventually tells you to make an appointment online and hangs up on you. Also, this "automated" system does not even have my phone number in their system as it shows on my receipt! So when I go online, I get nowhere--I get an AI bot that gives me a phone number that is a dead end again. I wish I could have called and spoke to someone instead of Safelite's automated system giving me the run around. Very disappointing. Safelite, you can do better than this.
