  Wonderful car wash and amazing service! My car had so many crumbs and dirt all over the floor. After vacuuming it looks and feels like I just got it again!

  Maybe should be called death quack! Great patent!!!! Yeah right poorly designed is what I call that. Didn’t even stop a car from going over a wall. Funny how it’s never your fault because of signage but then you don’t even make a safe designed car wash where maybe instead of saving space you design cars to be driven out the front and not have to turn. Clearly not working out lol update. Almost just crashed today or may have even crashed who knows and kid said there auto stop at the end failed had to lay on my horn for at least three seconds from the kid to shut down right before I hit or almost hit the tan pathfinder in front of me. Very dangerous place as their equipment malfunctioned definitely going to be taking our business fleet somewhere else this place you will crash only car wash I have ever been into where you can be in neutral and you crash into the car in front of you!

  10/10 experience!! highly recommend!! the wash on my car was pretty thorough, no spots left behind and the vacuums are strong!! customer service was amazing too!! the associate that helped me, Freya, was super sweet and helpful!! she was very patient and polite when i asked questions :)

  Took my new BMW on 3/20/26 to Quick Quack car wash (1st time visit) just to get my rims chewed up. After spending time wiping my car down, I noticed my rims had been damaged on the left side, both front and rear in the same exact spot from either the track or wheel shine spray. I reported the incident and a claim was filed. I was told I would receive some type of response within 72 hours after investigating the footage, but heard nothing! I called the customer service number and they said it would be escalated up the chain, another 3-5 days of waiting. The general manager, Mario, and the regional manager, Sam, never once reached out. I stopped by the store 2 more times hoping to speak to Mario or to get some type of response but still nothing, no phone calls or emails even though I left my info. Then finally today (4/16), after waiting almost a month I get an auto generated email stating they declined the claim and found no fault! I haven’t seen any proof of video footage as I was told or heard from the manager. Yet they declined the claim. Needless to say, I’ll be filing a civil suit and making sure no one visits this store again. Do not go to any Quick Quack, their customer service is absolutely lacking, there’s no accountability and they do not care about you or your vehicle.
