- KHKalil HicksOct 7, 20265.0Quick Quack, protect Jazlyn at all costs!! because I’m pretty sure this whole operation runs on her energy alone. She’s so awesome that the wash is basically just the supporting act. Friendly, fantastic, and an absolute superstar from start to finish. Give her a promotion, a raise, and maybe the keys to the whole place! If Jazlyn’s working, you already know you’re in good hands. 🦆✨
- LMLouis MartinezOct 2, 20261.0I got a car wash today and had an absolutely terrible experience. As soon as I entered the car wash, both the team member assisting me and I heard a scraping noise coming from underneath my car. When I exited the wash, I immediately noticed that the oil pan cover underneath my car was hanging down. I immediately notified the team member who assisted me, and she confirmed that she also heard the scraping noise as soon as my tires entered the conveyor belt. I then filed a report expecting the company to at least investigate the situation. Instead, their support team essentially told me, “There’s nothing we can do,” because they claim the damage did not happen inside the actual wash machine. So apparently, even though an employee witnessed and confirmed hearing something scrape underneath my vehicle at the exact moment I entered the conveyor, that somehow isn’t their problem. That is an absolutely ridiculous way to handle a customer complaint. If your equipment or conveyor is capable of causing damage to a customer’s vehicle, your responsibility shouldn’t magically disappear just because the damage occurred before the vehicle reached the actual wash machine. I paid for a service and left with damage to my vehicle. The fact that an employee confirmed hearing the scraping makes their response even more frustrating.

It’s not that they don’t try to get you to sign up for the most thorough and cost-effective methods to continue to keep your car clean it did they do it with a smile and you don’t feel pressured great overall customer service and professionalism. The vacuums were great. My car gets cleaned and they have towels to help clean the interior highly recommend the good duck.
