  I highly recommend Murrieta Auto Repair! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but they made the whole experience stress free. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I can't say enough great things about Murrieta Auto Repair! I brought my mother's Mercedes G-Wagon in for its A6 service after the Mercedes dealership quoted us over $1,200 for what amounted to an oil change and spark plugs. Murrieta Auto Repair completed the same service for only $168! We also had an electrical issue with the rear passenger door. The Mercedes dealership wanted to charge $600 just to remove the door panel and diagnose the problem, plus another $1,600 for the repair. Justin went above and beyond—he was incredibly diligent in tracking down the right parts, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and found a much more affordable solution. In the end, we saved close to $2,500 compared to the dealership's estimate. Justin and the team are honest, knowledgeable, and provide outstanding customer service. They communicate every step of the way, provide regular updates, and genuinely care about helping their customers save money without sacrificing quality. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop, especially for Mercedes or other luxury vehicles, I highly recommend Murrieta Auto Repair. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

  I was just told by my very dear friend who just had her vehicle there a 2017 Hyundai Sonata that she was charged $200 for a diagnostic and they didn’t do anything to her car. The people who work at the shop and they know who I’m talking about are very dishonest. Why in the world would you charge a lady $200 when you did absolutely nothing to the vehicle and then she asked you if that’s gonna go towards the repairs and the answer to that is no. This shop and the people who work there the management and what not are absolutely dishonest and very pigheaded. They need to return that $200 that they took from my friend to her immediately because they are very dishonest. The only time you charge a person that much money is if you are gonna make repairs and she did not and all you did was look at it. I’m telling everybody now do not take your vehicle there avoid it like the plague because these people are dishonest, and the owners really need to fix this immediately.
