  I had a great experience with Murrieta Auto Collision. They repaired the driver’s side door on our Mazda CX-5, and it looks fantastic. The team kept me updated throughout the process, answered my questions, and made everything easy from start to finish. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them!

  Murrieta Auto Collision was so good to me from start to finish when my car needed a collision repair. They communicated every update with me so well and their entire team is so nice. My car was looking good as new, and on top of that, they even detailed it and left me a little keychain as well. If you need collision repair done, this is the place to go! Thank you all for being so nice and fixing my car :)

  Although I was unable to get the needed repairs done to my vehicle, I sent my vehicle to Murrieta Auto Collision for an estimate and they were completely great to work with. They were able to give a rough quote to begin with, but after a deeper look they gave me an honest estimate of what it would take to repair, and very empathetic of my situation (which I coule not be more grateful for). Unfortunately it was out of my budget, but every step of the way they worked with me and were willing to work with me to keep within budget. They understood the sentimental value I had to my car, and really did try to help me out. I would recommend them 100% of the time

  I was going to use them to get the work done on my CRV but i work on the military base camp pendleton and needed my car for work i explained that i would be setting up a appointment for sunday or monday because those are the only days i have off when this was fees that they gave me for not even doing any work.. because of this i will not be getting any work done at this place and suggest those to find another shop this bogus unfair billing system for not doing any work is ridiculous and shows a shop being disparate for money these are the types of shops you stay away from!! i have provided email proof to show you exactly how they work. so after arriving to pick up my car i had to call the police inorder for them to release my car yesterday. UPDATE!!! AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK THEY PULLED PARTS AND BROKE THINGS THAT DID NOT NEED TO COME OFF MY CAR AT ALL IM CURRENTLY TALKING TO A LAWYER WHO WILL BE STEPPING IN ON THIS MATTER BECAUSE THATS A FORM OF INSURANCE FRAUD COMPANIES ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO QUOTE DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT THEIR I WILL BE TALKING TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AS WELL ABOUT THIS THEY WANTED ME TO SIGN SOME DOCUMENT STATING THEY WERE NOT RESPONSEABLE FOR ANYTHING ON MY CAR THEN THEY WANTED TO AUDIO OR VIDEO TAPE OF ME NOT SIGNING THEIR BOGUS DOCUMENT
