  Had a nail in my tire and they took care of me without charge. I’ve had to pay $35 at another location for the repair. I really appreciated it

  I’m happy to have an opportunity to review my experiences with Mountain View Tire and Auto Service. Im a 75 year old widowed lady and lots of anxiety sets in whenever issues come up with my car. Not knowing who I can trust to be honest with me has been intimidating until I found Mountain View. They were recommended to me by my son when I moved to the Murrieta area 4 years ago and I refuse to take my car to anyone else. The entire crew has always been kind, listening and reassuring. I’m always pleasantly surprised with what they charge me and I can have complete trust in them to not take advantage of an old lady. Thank you Mountain View!!

  I had Trevor/Travis help me and he was exceptional. Polite, knowledgeable and it's already a stressful time have to get work done on your car but he made the process better. I'll for sure come back

  I don’t post reviews ever, and I only am writing one for here because my family has had numerous bad experiences here. I had my first experience with my tire. I had brought in my car because one of my tires was really low on air. They noticed the tire needed to be replaced and I went inside to purchase one, since they said it would be in the next day if I ordered it that moment. I agreed, and they said it would be in the morning while they knew I would have work at 11. They sent me home, not bothering to pump air into my tire despite it being critically low. The next day I called early in the morning (around 8 am) to ask about my tire, and they said they would call me. I called again around ten since I hadn’t heard back and I, again, had work at 11. The guy on the phone said that they would call me when they had it but then decided to check on it since I was on the phone anyway, only for them to find out it actually wasn’t coming and they had to get a replacement tire (that didn’t match the tire I bought) that took them an extra hour to get (they had said it would take 45 minutes). I had to call a tow truck for my car, which took an hour, and it still arrived before the tire did. By the time the process was over I was late for work with a tire I don’t fully trust. My parents have their own experiences with this place, and I truly had hoped it was a case of them being dramatic. It makes me sad knowing they were right, and I recommend going to a different place if you can help it.
