  The person Jesus that helped me was trying to upcharge me for a car that was cover by my insurance. After I questioned how could a car that is $31.00 a day cause me to pay tax's when my coverage was for $35.60 then all of a sudden, it was a miracle I did not have to pay. That I did not like plus the wash on the car and the windows not clean was unsafe to drive at night unless I have someone clean the windows. NOT MY JOB! So not the best experience.

  Enterprise is my go to for car rentals. I really appreciate the friendly staff, the well kept vehicles, the adorable pricing and the close proximity to my own location.

  I've been a customer of this location for the last few years and they are great. Most recently, Jacob and Alex helped me out when they didn't have the car I was looking for. They quickly found an even better car and provided very reasonable pricing. Awesome team there and would highly recommend.

  I recommend this Enterprise more than others in the area, every employee has a great attitude, and does the absolute best of durability to help you out as fast as possible. Running a car here was very simple and quick process and if I need to go back, I will definitely pick this location again. Briana Santoyo was the amazing young lady who helped me out, she was excellent and made this process very simple and quick for me. I definitely have not had great enterprise experiences before, but this certain location really turned around all my experiences. If you are looking for a certain enterprise, pick the Marietta location, they are great!

  I had a fantastic experience at Enterprise thanks to Mason. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made what had been a very stressful situation after my car accident so much easier. Mason truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so patient and kind. Customer service like his makes a lasting impression, and Enterprise is lucky to have him on the team. Thank you, Mason, for turning a difficult day into a much better experience!
