  I am writing to formally recognize Raymond for providing service that went far beyond the standard customer experience. We brought in our Thor RV seeking assistance with a battery issue that was proving difficult to diagnose. RV electrical systems can be complex, but Raymond handled the situation with a level of technical expertise and patience that is rare to find. He didn’t just sell us a part; he took the time to advise us on the correct configuration, ensured the battery was properly swapped, and verified that everything was functioning safely before we left. Raymond’s professionalism and willingness to "get his hands dirty" to solve a non-standard problem saved us a significant amount of stress and potential maintenance costs.   After trying to drive home through torrential downpour, I realized my wiper blades were old. I stopped at this location and Raymond (the manager) went above and beyond to help me including installation in this heavy rain. I cannot say enough about him!
