  As soon as I drove up they immediately greeted me. They were all extremely friendly, very professional and courteous. I had my fur baby with me and they were very friendly to her. The professionalism and the knowledge and explain explaining everything to me was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends and I will continue going there. They check everything for you your signal lights to make sure everything works your brake lights. They check your tires to make sure there’s enough air. They go over everything.

  Justin, Jocelyn, John, and Michael all helped me today. As usual they were super friendly. They are always kind and ask for consent before each step. I love coming here for the convenience and speed at which I’m taken care of. Thank you!

  I drove when there were no other customers and had 4 people working on my car, until other customers came. Daniel worked with me at that point. He had excellent customer service! He was kind, walked me through everything he was doing, and put me at ease. Would definitely visit again at the next needed oil change.

  I came into Valvoline for a radiator check since the status light has been flashing periodically on the car’s dashboard display. Daniel directed me into one of the Bay stations. Daniel has helped me out a couple of times already with oil service and has excellent customer service when explaining and following up with the service details. John primarily worked under the hood today as well as the nameless mystery technician who works under your vehicle. They performed the radiator flush and replaced the fluid. Service time was about 20 minutes which is very good from my experience. All the technicians I’ve had serving my vehicle has been excellent and they are maintenance experts. They never upsell or push service needs. They basically give your car a check up and inform you of service recommendations. The next service planned for my car will be the transmission which I’ll have them perform on my next oil change.

  Had a really solid experience. Went in for an oil change, and the team went above and beyond—they even replaced my tail light on the spot, which saved me another trip somewhere else. They also took the time to recommend additional services based on my car’s mileage without being pushy, which I appreciated. Everything felt transparent and efficient. Definitely a spot I’d come back to. Shoutout to Brandon, Daniel and the crew!
