Our car needed service and they sent us here for a rental. The paperwork was mostly processed. They just needed a driver's license and $100 deposit and we were on our way. The next day, we had a check engine on the rental and had to go back to site. They didn't have a car available due to busy week but secured one 8 miles away. We drove and exchanged cars, already set up for us. We kept the next car until our car was ready. We returned to MV site and out the door in 5 minutes. Service at all levels was helpful and friendly. We often use Enterprise when we rent a car during vacations.

This enterprise was recommended by my insurance after my car was damaged. I just wanted a replacement rental that was covered by my insurance's daily limit. The salesperson tried to upsell me a few different cars, but I declined - he then asked if I would take a Tesla if it was under the daily limit. Blinded by gas price greed, I said sure. I did ask to confirm what the daily charge is and he confirmed it was under the limit. When my insurance declared my car a total loss and extended my car rental, I found that I owed money to Enterprise. It turns out that *my* out of pocket was under the daily charge. I returned the car early. Acknowledging the "miscommunication," the salesperson cut the price in half. So, an extra star for that, but I still paid money when I didn't expect to and it made a stressful situation just a little crappier. Buyer beware, always.

I appreciated the ease of booking and having a choice to choose from and NOT just being told " this is your rental"! I recvd Great customer service from your team member James. He was personable, efficient, professional and accommodating all wrapped into one.

Smooth experience overall. USAA took care of everything with Enterprise, including extending my rental as my car repairs took longer than anticipated. My only complaint is that the car was not the cleanest inside. It was vacuumed and maybe slightly wiped down but it definitely felt dirty inside. So just be aware of that. Staff was great, and very attentive.

Don't choose this if you have got other options. The folks here take a lifetime to give you your prebooked rental car
