  I am writing to formally complain about my experience today at one of your Enterprise locations. This was the third or more branch I visited in an effort to secure a specific rental vehicle. Prior to arriving, I called multiple Enterprise locations to confirm availability. I was explicitly told that no reservations had been made for the specific car in question, that the booking was available, and that there were no prior customers holding it. Upon entering the branch, I spoke directly with the branch manager and inquired about the vehicle. He asked what car I was swapping and what I was expecting, despite my prior verifications..He then gave a call to someone, whispered, "can we swap the Tesla?". Then said, "What type of car did you own at the time of the accident." When I responded, He immediately responded, I can’t give that Tesla to you.” When I asked if I could pay the difference to secure the vehicle, he again denied my request. He then proceeded to assist the next customer without further discussion. I stepped outside to contact my insurance provider. Immediately after finishing with the other customer, the manager went out to the lot to inspect the car in question before returning inside. This interaction fell far short of Enterprise’s stated brand promise of Community Focus: “Upholding the founding values of personal integrity, honesty, and treating customers and neighbors like family.” At no point during this encounter did I feel respected, valued, or treated like family. Instead, I was met with abrupt denial and poor service despite my proactive efforts to confirm availability in advance. The lack of transparency on why Enterprise only keeps these cars for corporate as priority: Lucids and Teslas. I was left disappointed and frustrated by the customer focus demonstrated today. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience similar treatment.

  My Tuesday night went sideways fast — transmission blew out on my Nissan Rogue on the 280 freeway right by Serramonte Mall in Daly City. Not a great situation. But the next morning I went online, booked through Enterprise, and picked up a Chevy Trailblazer (black) that honestly turned the whole week around. Quick, sleek, and surprisingly roomy inside for a mini SUV — way more space than I expected. Ended up being a genuinely fun drive all week. The staff at the Mountain View Old Middlefield location were super great — friendly, efficient, zero hassle. Drop-off on Sunday was smooth. Left the keys in the drop box and headed home. …Only to get to my front door and realize my house keys were still on that keychain. 😬 Called the next day (Monday-May 4,2026 @8am) and the staff already knew and asked which keys were mine to sort it out. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. And honestly, knowing I wasn't the first person to do that made me feel a whole lot better — there's a club of us out there. Highly recommend this location. They handled a stressful week with total professionalism and good humor. Will definitely be back.

  I had a really great experience at this Enterprise location. I was there on the day of an important job interview, and honestly, I was a bit stressed. One of the employees, Matthew, noticed and asked where I was headed. When I told him about the interview, he genuinely cared and even asked if I was feeling nervous. After I completed my booking, he surprised me with a complimentary upgrade and said, “This car will bring you luck.” That small gesture meant a lot in that moment—it really helped lift my mood and boosted my confidence before the interview. I ended up doing really well, and I truly appreciate the kindness and empathy Matthew showed. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you for going above and beyond!
