  Smooth experience overall. USAA took care of everything with Enterprise, including extending my rental as my car repairs took longer than anticipated. My only complaint is that the car was not the cleanest inside. It was vacuumed and maybe slightly wiped down but it definitely felt dirty inside. So just be aware of that. Staff was great, and very attentive.

  Terrible service. My insurance company arranged a rental for me, and I was given an appointment and a specific car. When I arrived, they demanded a mountain of documentation—including proof of address, two cards (credit and debit), and references—things they weren't asking of any other customer. On top of that, they made me wait an hour and then gave me a car different from the one specified in my reservation email. They promised to call me that same day to swap it for the correct car; they actually called to say they had it, but five minutes later, they called back to say it had already been rented out and told me to wait until Monday. Monday came and went, and there were no cars available for me. I spoke to customer service, and they claimed they would call me that same day so I could pick up the car originally reserved for me, but a week has passed, and I still haven't had the issue resolved.

  they charged me $13.25 tax when everything is paid for by the insurance. Very dishonest business practice.
