  Interesting that we could not look at RV's at will. We had a salesperson who steared us to a few RV's and we were expected to choose from only 3 !!

  I had been researching and looking for travel trailers on line so I knew what we wanted. We had Eric Quiroz helping us and he respected that we knew what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something bigger, better, more expensive it was a great experience. I will be highly recommending my friends to go see Eric for their travel trailer purchase.

  I drove 6 hours to see and buy my new Rockwood 5th wheel 281RK. Before I made the trip down from Oregon, I was connected to Scott the Sales Manager. He was very helpful and explained all the logistics of making my out of state purchase. I arrived and was connected with David who help me look over the new coach. Very helpful. I am so excited to say I made the purchase and feel great about the staff and service.

  Went here to try to figure out why type of RV or camper I need and was informed after looking at several units that the salesmen “only show 4 units” when you come there and made it clear if i was not going to buy anything I could leave. I plan to live in mine for a while, so I am supposed to make this large decision after 20-30 minutes of looking at units. Really?? Only go to rv dealers that will let you roam the lot on your own. If you have to go inside to get to the lot, don’t bother.

  Purchased a new Class B RV at the start of the year. Although we are seasoned hikers and campers We are new to RV life and this was our first purchase. So far it has been a mixed bag. Shout out to Eric in Sales and Vanessa in Service. Both were responsive, professional, personal and quickly understood what I was asking for and always followed up and responded. 5 stars for them. As with most new purchases of complex machinery, I have had to have the van back several times for service concerns and needed to get questions answered through phone calls and e-mail. Follow through with problems, questions and concerns- returning e-mails and phone messages has been very inconsistent. There have been several times when I have received no response to phone calls, messages, e-mails and texts when I was assured "someone will get back to me". This has been frustrating. Even the courtesy of a call back or update to say; "we are still working on this" would have been helpful and made a big positive difference. I have experienced this at all levels of management. At times it felt like, if I was ignored long enough the problem would just go away. Also initial contact through phone calls can be unprofessional, not helpful and impersonal. Customers expect more professionalism here 2 stars here. When we picked the van up we had the run through on how the systems work. This is our first RV and there was a great deal of new information and unknown systems to understand. The walkthrough was quick and seemed like there was a rush to get it done. I understand that there is not really enough time to go over everything but it would have been helpful to be pointed in the direction of resources to access to get specific questions answered or have a longer introduction for first time RV purchases. Also there was a key missing, and engine warning lights were on the dash when we took ownership. These concerns were all eventually taken care but I usually needed to move the process forward. 3 stars here I am going to be working with this business for probably years to come and we love our new RV and looking forward to many adventures. Things will need to be fixed and questions answered going froward. I only wish the follow up and follow through was better. Overall 3 stars with the hope that I can come back and edit this post in a more positive direction in the future.
