The absolute worse experience with any customer service experienced in all my years. The manager today would not even explain what a marine DC battery. I felt like a complete idiot because i don't own a marine boat and no idea why that waa on my profile. All because i tried to exchange 2 diesel batteries with dead cells bought last year from this store but their customer orofile didn't record. Plus the batteries had some sticker on the side that represents a mfg date that said they were out of warrenty. Did not know that. So that begs the question is she the manager selling old batteries and not recording the sales knowing they are out of date? Customers like myself as not ASE mechanics We do basic stuff. So don't treat us ignorant. We don't know what we don't know. We can understand if its explained. They even made me handle two heavy truck batteries with my crutches, all out of spite for callung into questiion their records,moral ethics and honesty with customers. Loose our trust, you lose the customer imho. I never felt so ignorant and discriminated against in my life until this experience in this store. Yes, i finally got frustrated trying to understand and may have gotten at attitude at the very end. I am human. I should have taken the high road. I Just wasn't expecting such degredation as a customer. Pic proves battery tag on side claiming 4 yrs old but bought last year and that it is AutoZone checkout desk. Face of manager is struck out.

It's not like going to AutoZone is necessarily a fun experience but I've got to say, the service there is top notch. I had the honor of being helped by Brandon. He went way way above and beyond. I'm extremely happy with the service he rendered.

Paid full price for what I thought were new parts. Got home and noticed it they were used. Had to waste time driving back an ultimately purchased from O'reilly down the street. Y'all suck!
