- DPDesirae Cole - Pam1 day ago5.0I had Nyla I believe was her name, & she was amazing. I love coming here. It’s always quick. For reference to help you understand, I pulled in today, got in and out. I had my two youngest children with me (1yo & 1 month old) it was so quick neither of them cried! My go to location. They stabilized my tire pressure, did my full synthetic oil change, checked my cabin air filter, removed my maintenance lights, & so much more & it was still so quick. She topped it off by giving my baby girl a coloring book & crayons & we went on our way!
- NNNelson5 days ago5.0Came in for an oil change and I originally had Brian helping me. I had him last time as well and very good attitude the entire time and very helpful. He later had Nyah help me and once again, GREAT energy!! very positive, very sweet, and very informative. I had lots of questions and she had lots of answers. usually when I come in, everyone seems down in the dumps, or in a bad mood. The last two experiences I had though were fantastic & employees were great! I hope I get this crew in the future! great people!
- KHKayla Hertel6 days ago3.0Alright Valvoline haha here we go. To start off with things every single time I have been there the customer service has always been a 10 out of 10. Every single mechanic is always kind, is always positive and I end up leaving happy. But.... I was told my past few oil changes with you guys that my battery was bad and dying. I have been told that more than two or three times with you guys. Thankfully 3 Autozones turned me away because "they didn't have time" to install a new battery. I was planning on spending a little over $300 on a battery since your shop told me it was almost dead, in the red. I took my car to a transmission shop instead. Guess what Valvoline? My battery is COMPLETELY FINE, just the battery cables were corroded. I only spent $55 and left with my good, fully charged battery, instead of $300 new battery but still the same results, dead, next time I saw you guys. Please be more thorough and considerate when checking people's batteries. I saved $245. Other than that this location is great for oil changes.

Everything was explained to me explicitly and the service was quick and professionally performed. I received oil change transmission fluid change air condition filters rotated tires the full service was excellent I'll be back again. Thank you guys for such excellent service

They reviewed the additional services my vehicle may need, provided helpful recommendations, and showed me the condition of my air filter. They also explained that it had been replaced during my previous visit and did not need to be changed again. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
