I came here because I financed some tire's however when I got there the tires were not there at 9:30 am so I tracked them down found out they would be there later ok cool the young lady stated she was going to call me. I left came back because I saw the tires were delivered no problem. The manger told me that the young lady was suppose to call me i told him I saw they were delivered no worries now I came during lunch time ok of course they got to eat. now I have been here since 12:30 I will give them an hour lunch it’s 2:55pm and I ask the lady are they done she stated my wheel alignment needed to be completed and it would be an additional 45mins. I will not come purchase nothing here it takes entirely too long. I do not recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Les Schwab Tire Center in Perris, California, on North Perris Boulevard. The team was professional, efficient, and most importantly, they did not try to upsell me on repairs I did not need. They did make a note about my control arms, but I let them know that my control arms had already been checked by a Subaru dealership and were found to be healthy, with photographic documentation. I appreciated that the Les Schwab team listened to me and did not pressure me into unnecessary work. They replaced my rear rotors, rear brake pads, and serviced the parking brake, and the work was completed quickly at a fair price. The customer service from the entire team was excellent, and I appreciated how smoothly they got everything done. It was refreshing to go somewhere that focused on what actually needed attention, charged a reasonable price, and treated me with respect instead of trying to add unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend the Perris Les Schwab team based on the service I received.
