  Five Star Customer Service! Unfortunately, I recently ran over some large plastic bags on the road that got tangled in the undercarriage of my car. Not sure what to do, I decided to visit our local Tire Choice to see if they could assist me as they have often done in the past. I arrived about ten minutes before closing time. Billy (the manager) greeted me and was kind enough to assist me, even though he and the technician/mechanic on duty were in the midst of closing the location for the evening. The technician got a hand jack to lift my car, and Billy got underneath the car, utility knife in hand, to remove the plastic and check things out. He was able to remove most of the plastic and advised me that I could come early the next morning to get air in my tires - no appointment, no charge! They both went above and beyond to assist me - their consideration and assistance are much appreciated! I went back the next morning and was able to get air in my tires and schedule an appointment to have my tires realigned - necessary and preventative maintenance - at a fair price!   I was lucky to get a flat tire near this shop, they opened early and were ready to help. Everyone was friendly and honest. Gave me cost options for tires and had me on the road in 20 minutes. Im very grateful for their service.

  Luis, the store manager was there to make me the process of getting an oil change that I really need per the guy at Auto Zone quick and painless minus the cost ($111.00) ouch. But, Luis saw that I was panicked about my car not having oil in it and made sure it got fixed. He was kind and calming. Thank for having such a wonderful employee/manager.

  Took my truck in for some leaks and starter replacement. Luis and Jesus always go above and beyond to help get parts since the truck is an older model. Got it back sooner than expected. Thank you guys!!

  The Tire Choice team were exceptional and fast in repairing my 2015 Camero's brakes and tires! Car is running smooth and brakes stop on a dime. Luis and his team are friendly and they have excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
