  Five Star Customer Service! Unfortunately, I recently ran over some large plastic bags on the road that got tangled in the undercarriage of my car. Not sure what to do, I decided to visit our local Tire Choice to see if they could assist me as they have often done in the past. I arrived about ten minutes before closing time. Billy (the manager) greeted me and was kind enough to assist me, even though he and the technician/mechanic on duty were in the midst of closing the location for the evening. The technician got a hand jack to lift my car, and Billy got underneath the car, utility knife in hand, to remove the plastic and check things out. He was able to remove most of the plastic and advised me that I could come early the next morning to get air in my tires - no appointment, no charge! They both went above and beyond to assist me - their consideration and assistance are much appreciated! I went back the next morning and was able to get air in my tires and schedule an appointment to have my tires realigned - necessary and preventative maintenance - at a fair price!
