Really appreciated the communication and smooth process. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable rental! Thank you front desk I’m bad at names but those two men were very helpful!
- RGRuben GarciaMay 16, 20262.0Really cramped Enterprise location, sometimes the cars parked in there are sticking out into the street. The wait time is between 30 min - hour even if you already have a reservation. I only use this specific locations because its close and I needed a rental for work, but its difficult to get in and out of, always packed with people even if you go early and wait times are kinda ridiculous. You could probably go to ontario airport, pick up a rental from the enterprise location there and get back home before you were attended to at this location.

I tried contacting the store, but I was hung up on multiple times. I then reached out to corporate and called in twice. Both times, I was told that someone from management would contact me to see how they could help, but I never received a single call back. The service was completely terrible. If anyone sees this car, please request a new one immediately.
