  Really cramped Enterprise location, sometimes the cars parked in there are sticking out into the street. The wait time is between 30 min - hour even if you already have a reservation. I only use this specific locations because its close and I needed a rental for work, but its difficult to get in and out of, always packed with people even if you go early and wait times are kinda ridiculous. You could probably go to ontario airport, pick up a rental from the enterprise location there and get back home before you were attended to at this location.

  I had a terrible experience with my rental car here. The interior was completely filthy and smelled terrible. I tried contacting the store, but I was hung up on multiple times. I then reached out to corporate and called in twice. Both times, I was told that someone from management would contact me to see how they could help, but I never received a single call back. The service was completely terrible. If anyone sees this car, please request a new one immediately.

  Super nice friendly and helpful people! My car broke down and I walked into this enterprise an hour or so before they closed praying they could get me a car to get me home while my car got towed to a dealership that was already closed. They got me in and out so fast and really helped me out and made the whole thing so much better than I could have expected! So thankful for them!

  Caution! Its a great location. Just make sure you come a little early before closing and drive your car on the highway and see if it drives properly. The car I got was shaking extremely and they refused to exchange saying they closed. If they can issue cars after closing time means they can exchange as well. Especially when the car was shaking so bad. I had to drive to the airport to exchange. Learn from my experience and make sure you check the car before starting your trip. Mine wasn’t checked by the staff before giving it to me.

  My experience here was actually insane. I was supposed to have a car dropped off to me at another location around 12:15 PM. I never received any call or message confirming my appointment. When I arrived at the place for pick up no one ever contacted me and I had been calling for an hour prior with no one ever picking up. The place I was at was able to get through to Enterprise and they said they'd be there in a few minites. 30 minutes later Enterprise said they were only 20-minutes away but I was given the option to drop by Enterprise to pick up my car immediately instead so I did that. We got to Enterprise at 1:05 and didn't leave for other 2 hours! I was checked in fairly quickly but the guy helping asked me for no information besides my first name. I finally got the car at 3:30 and it was lowkey really scratched on the exterior and had a fairly dirty interior too. Thankfully the car rental was free through insurance but this was a horrible experience.
