I came into Auto zone with the intent of purchasing a new car battery. The gentleman who helped me, looked like a new worker, sold me the new battery, was helpful in lending me tools, gloves and napkins. I had to replace my battery myself because of other parts that were blocking direct access to the battery. I understand that if my battery was clear and easily accessible, then the gentleman would help with installation. I appreciated his service but didn't catch his name. The great thing that happened was that I received a call from Louie, who said he overheard my service need with the employee and looked into my purchase and found that I recently purchased the same car battery within my warranty period. He said I shouldn't have paid for it and he can give me a refund. I immediately came back and received my refund. This was a blessing for my family, because Louie didn't have to go above and beyond to look into my account for my warranty, but he did! I truly appreciate his customer service. He really cares about his customers and I will recommend Auto Zone on Eucalyptus to everyone. Thank you to all the Auto Zone staff at this location.
