The customer service line kept redirecting me into a never-ending loop, but at that place, I got detailed and very professional support. So, however you feel about the company, there are great people working there.

The representative (unfortunately, I forgot her name) went above and beyond to provide customer service and even advised me on competitors I should check out to get the best price. Ultimately, I decided to go with Enterprise because it was only $100 more total for a much nicer car, plus I know I can trust them, and I'm so glad I did. As an added surprise bonus, the prepaid fuel ended up actually being cheaper than the gas prices at my destination!

She understood our situation and updated in a minute with welcoming us back home. She is very friendly and extremely professional! - NLNeal LalJun 3, 20261.0Charged me extra days. Took more than a week to get refunded. First off all, their local phone system is horrible and couldn’t even leave a message. Then had to call support number twice to have it resolved. They forwarded my refund request to this branch twice and they never responded. Finally got a hold of the Zach, and he “processed” my request, but never got a receipt email. Had to call again for the receipt and Derick first hang up on me, then told me he will follow up as soon as my receipt is available. Yet, here I am, no receipt, no follow up???? Y’all are just another scammers
