  Kelsie was a 10/10 and super helpful when purchasing my car. So happy with the experience I had here. Everyone was very friendly and Kelsie was patient. It was a breath of fresh air compared to shady dealerships. I'd recommend enterprise car sales again and again.

  Samuel was amazing and he was very informative. He was able to bring another car from other locations to this one. Which I appreciated. Also the taxes are based on where you live not the car place location. Samuel not only took an interest in the car we were purchasing but in what felt like ourselves too. He was pretty honest too. My mom is looking for a car and I told her to connect with sam. I spoke to another female team member over the phone twice regarding a question about if the car should come with a spare or not. The second time she mentioned she would connect with the broker to ask and I didn’t hear back. She was however helpful with getting a spare key and a potential discount, which I did appreciate. For enterprise clean your cars better, people are paying thousands of dollars, the car was dirty, you should care more about presentation. I was told they sell it as is and full transparency you might make more sales with cleaner cars inside and out. The car was dirty, sam did clean it but still it was dirty in areas that could've been cleaned prior. He did take to get washed and clean. It was things inside the car that didn't require any fancy detail just a regular cleaning. Not sams fault thats you as a business. Enterprise you should get a deep cleaning for these cars because they are coming from being rented from many people. A good business would follow up even after a purchase was made. You could take a moment to call and check in how the purchase felt days later. Not just to see if they'll keep it but to give the impression you care. To reiterate we did really enjoy working with sam he was great. I did get the impression once the sale was made. I was no longer a person of interest to them. 🤷🏽‍♀️
