I recently needed assistance returning a part that was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, I did not have the card I originally used for the purchase, which made the return process more complicated. Brian, the manager, stepped in and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire situation. Although we were unable to process the refund back to my account, Brian went above and beyond to find a solution. He took the time to explore all available options and ultimately offered a merchandise gift card so that I would not be left without a resolution. I truly appreciate Brian’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. It’s rare to find someone who is so committed to taking care of customers. I find this place shady. I went to return the product with my receipt and I also I have so called "membership". cashier, Jack, kind of acted little strange as soon as I handed my receipt and product along with my phone number to access the member data to him. He pulled up my data, and then he acted sort of busy with his computer and then asked me again for my phone number, now what does my phone number have anything to do with my return. I had receipt for cash purchase. he told me sorry but the number you gave me is not the number provided And your phone number is not on the receipt so I am unable to return this. I am like Are you serious? Neverthles, I was. not going to tolerate his nonsense pushback. I stayed firmed and got my money back. So anyone out there if they try to play this kind of game with you, do not walk away. I am going to contact Autozone's corporate office on this matter that your reps expect customers' personal data printed on the receipt. you gotta be kidding me dude

Came here on Monday at 5:30pm to drop off a starter core... the 3 employees were hopeless they told me they need a manager to handle this situation and I was like oK? So I went different location and I ask the other employees at a different store and told me that was just a lie ... that all employees must accept this problem not just the manager.. So I called the manager from that store were I went 1st and told me no All employees will handle this situation even the manager is not in sight... This store must hired better staff than lazy employees just saying…
