  Went in for a oil change. The short Latino had no clue what kind of oil to put in even though it says right on the oil cap.5W-30 viscosity oil (synthetic or conventional). I told him what kind to put in and to make sure it was synthetic. When I walked up to my car to make sure he was putting in the right oil he barked at me saying " I've already started putting in the oil, if you want me to change it I have to take it out and charge you extra." He said he was putting in the same oil 5w 30 just not synthetic so I asked the older white gentleman if that would be ok. He told me yes. I left and the next day I noticed they put in 10w30. It was on the receipt and the sticker they put on the window. So I called the older white man and he started yelling at me and my son. I told my son to hang up and tell him we will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I then took it to a family mechanic and he explained to me that it could cause so much harm to my engine. Also, because we didn't have the verbal agreement of the 10w 30 that I could sue if anything happens to my car. I had to get another oil change and they even changed the oil filter that the short Latino said was bad. ( The short Latino said the oil filter was bad but didn't or put a bad one in) My car was not leaking oil before I took my car there and now it is. Also, I noticed my gas cap is different. They stole my gas cap and probably are going to sell it or use it on another car. My mechanic told me that a gas cap not made for my car could ruin my engine. What a horrible experience! I'm trying to maintain my car and keep it running instead these people are trying to make sure that my car breaks down I hope that nothing happens to my engine because I will be fine in a lawsuit and contacting the proper authorities. The oil cap states 5W-30 viscosity oil (synthetic or conventional. Using the wrong engine oil can cause immediate issues like poor engine performance, strange noises, or a burning smell, and long-term damage such as increased engine wear, sludge buildup, reduced fuel economy, and potential engine failure due to improper lubrication. A 5 year old could do better.
