I am absolutely ecstatic with the experience I has with Abraham! A truly amazing professional and knowledgeable man. He was so focused on getting me the right part and providing me a tremendous amount of help with assistance in resolving the issues with my car. Everything is now fixed!!!

Abraham is an absolute asset! Truly incredible customer service. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the store, all thanks to an employee named Abraham. We came in needing help with failed trunk shocks for our Scion. He dropped everything to help us out!

Came in for wipers for my car, no line and went to the register and no joke waited for 5 minutes plus for the parts manager June E. to even acknowledge me. I first I thought he was just doing restocking but then he finally said asked how he could assist, and slurred his words. So I told him the make, year and model and he told me to get a 2 foot wiper from aisle 2. Terrible customer service, sadly this guy is a manager so you can probably imagine the store culture is bad and the expectations are very low and likelu lack any accountability, metrics or training. For a new store in the area this is pretty sad.
The best Auto Zone in the county. The employee named Abraham, is truly a remarkable human being. As a result, he lives up-to what this company stands for. Delivering quality service to customers by going above and beyond. He acknowledges you the minute you walk into the store. He is hands-on, ready to help. He educates you to the best of his ability, on what you need to know that you didn't know. And he maintains the company's policies and procedure. He defines quality customer service. Abraham is definitely an asset to Auto Zone and this store. I drove from another city to purchase items from this store because the treatment is great. While other employees are terrific, Abraham stands tall, he stands out. More people like Abraham are needed in today's society.
The company should be proud of him. Its obvious that he was raised with excellency.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Abraham at AutoZone in Monrovia. I walked in feeling completely overwhelmed and worried about my car, unsure of what might be wrong. From the moment I explained my concerns, Abraham took the time to patiently walk me through every possible scenario and explain things in a way that was easy to understand.
What truly stood out was that he didn’t just help from behind the counter—he actually came outside to look at my car and show me exactly what he was talking about. He even took the time to write down everything we discussed so I could clearly explain the situation to my mechanic.
I have never experienced this level of customer service at any AutoZone—or honestly, at any store. In a world where so many people are rushing through interactions, Abraham made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
I left with a clear plan, a much better understanding of my car, and most importantly, a huge sense of relief. Abraham turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. AutoZone is lucky to have him, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness, knowledge, and outstanding customer service.
