  I brought my car in and the service team was great. I was impressed at all the interaction between the person under the hood and the person under my car. It was nice that I was able to stay in my vehicle while they serviced it as it was raining real heavy.

  The staff is always excellent, but I was told on your website that I can get $10 off my oil change and an extra $5 off if I gave you my email and got on your list. You gave me a 4-day-old 5-day coupon that was expired. I tried to use it at the Valvoline shop 2 hours after you sent it to me, and they could not accept it. So, I only got $10 off and you kept my information. That's just dishonest. I was also disappointed at the cost. After my discount it was $84. Last time I went there it was right around $50 or less. I'm not sure if I'll be back at that price, because I drove all the way across town a total of about 27 miles round trip. Good luck to you guys. Your staff does a great job though.

  Roger Kylie and Nicholas all made my experience here pleasant. They explained every step of the way, and my oil change was a breeze. I’ve been coming to the Valvoline location for a few years now and I love it

  Was in the area and seen multiple bays and seen 15 min oil change sign, so figured let’s check it out. Came In For a regular oil change, they brought up so many recommendations it was crazy ! Like I get it they have to make extra money but geez, it was a bit annoying the amount of things they brought up compared to jiffy lube they just get it done and that’s it, worst case they ask for new filter. But here at Valvoline it was wild. Plus there were people after me and left before me. What I did notice is that if you get a regular oil change and don’t get their recommended services you basically wait longer. The vehicles after me did get premium and recommended services done so they got prioritize. I waited a good 35mins and 2 cars after me left before me, overall it was a decent price, but they do offer lots of suggestions or recommendations. I would of appreciate it if they just changed my oil and let me go vs wait for nothing, and make me feel like I’m being punished for saying no thanks sitting there while other cars go in an out. I personally would go here again, but that’s just me.

  I had a top-tier experience today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I want to recognize the three gentlemen who helped me—Ethan, Thomas, and William. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, professional, and incredibly patient, something I truly appreciated. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their knowledge and teamwork really stood out. Thank you again for such outstanding service.
