  Absolutely Terrible Customer Service I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Valley Lexus in the past, and after the last one, I even called corporate to complain. I was told the store manager would contact me. Guess what? He never did. Not exactly surprising, considering the level of customer service I’ve experienced there. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called again, this time simply trying to speak with a service advisor. No advisor was available, so the woman I spoke with took my phone number and assured me that someone would call me the following day. The following day came and went, and nobody called. So I called the day after I was supposed to receive the call. I was transferred, but nobody answered. I called again and was transferred again—still, nobody answered. This is beyond frustrating. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call a dealership just to get someone to return a phone call. If this is how Valley Lexus handles a simple service inquiry, I can only imagine how they treat customers once they already have their money. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend Valley Lexus to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that actually value their customers and understand what basic customer service looks like.

  I had an amazing car-buying experience at Valley Lexus, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Broneil Barmi, my sales guy, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and made us feel confident throughout the entire purchase. He never made us feel pressured and truly made the experience enjoyable. The team at Valley Lexus provided excellent customer service, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If you're in the market for a Lexus, definitely ask for Broneil Barmi -- you won't be disappointed! 5 stars all around!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a great experience at Valley Lexus ! Edward Alderete was the salesman who helped me, and he was super chill, outgoing, and never made me feel pressured. Adrian Perez, the finance manager, was also great to work with and made the financing process smooth and straightforward. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, Valley Lexus and their staff didn't try to sneak in random fees or unnecessary add-ons. They do offer extended warranties, but they make it clear that it's completely your choice. Overall, the entire experience was easy, transparent, and enjoyable. I really appreciated how honest and professional everyone was. I'd definitely recommend Valley Lexus to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.

  What got me through the door was Chatgpt. Chat recommended for my budget to go with a Lexus due to reliability, luxury and car holds its value. I did check out the other options but Chat was right. Lexus cars are a much better deal and once you get in one, you don't want any other car. I recommend going in, ask for Kenny. Kenny is knowledgeable, and makes the car buying process relaxed, transparent and smooth. I will definitely be back :).

  Me and my wife turned in our 2017 Lexus is 200 for 2023 is 350 we go help form someone over phone but when got there seems to me that person dident want to deal with us so we dealt with Kenny he was great he made us fill so comfortable he made the process quick Kenny is good sale rep over all I recommend this car lot to everyone they do there own finance don’t have to worry about going thru a bank made everything easy those of you that don’t live in Modesto and have to travel there to go to Lexus is worth it thanks agian Kenny and Lexus you will be seeing us agian appreciate it
