  Staff is courteous, polite, patient and helpful. They showed us newer car model alternatives without being pushy. Complimentary coffee,tea and drinking water available while waiting for car to be serviced.

  This was the easiest, stress free, no pressure, and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! Tim & Rick are exceptional & personable people while everyone I encountered here were professional and respectful. They got me into my new-to-me GX 460 and took care of me on my trade in and acted quickly to get everything ready on a short timeframe. I also need to add, this was the fastest car buying experience as well! I will gladly drive multiple hours to return here to buy another vehicle. Thanks again for the experience!

  Used buyers beware! Even though the vehicle is "Certified" you will still end up with issues. Bought a certifed Toyota Highlander, found out 3 weeks later during the first rain, the car leaks. Not covered. Looking at a sizeable repair, and it may have damaged the Windsheild Pillar airbag for another sever thousand dollars (to be determined). Attempted to call, left multpile messages, would never call back. These guys are crap. If you want a good dealer, Clovis Toyota ia worth the drive. I've gotten 3 from them over the years, all used no drama. Hanford Toyoto, and Modesto Toyota are basically scammers and will hang out to dry. This might be my last Toyota I buy with service like this. Went to another dealer and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment for them to say I'm SOL.

  GO HERE!! At 52 I’ve had many occasion to buy a car. Yesterday was my 6th such experience since moving to Northern California in 2020 and by far the best. I won’t stoop to naming other dealerships in Northern California, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. You simply couldn’t ask for a better salesman than Reese. Helpful , always positive and a genuinely good person. Even during one of our test drives , when I was contacting other dealers he was consistently positive and encouraging and reiterated that what was most important was that my wife love what she got , even if we didn’t get it from him. The manager he worked with , Dane , was also very jovial and pleasant to be around. Together they worked out a great deal for us and also made us feel welcomed and valued. The patience and hospitality were off the charts . My wife is very particular and that can make a task like car buying a bit daunting. But working with the right people made it so so easy . The branch manager , Ron , was also a very gracious and charming host. It was a bit choppy haggling with finance over what warranties I should get but that’s par for the course. Relative to other finance departments this one was a breeze. If you are getting a car you simply can’t go wrong here. Just really nice genuinely good folk.

  Bought a new Lexus NX 350. The salesperson is Gabby and what a great experience it was. She is very knowledgeable about the car and has taught me alot and helped. Service is something I never have experienced before. They greet you when you arrive show you the waiting area and a service advisor will call you up in order you arrived. Going to Modesto for the service will not be a problem, where I live we only have 1 dealer. Got the tinting done through the dealership and that was handled very quickly. Ed also with the Sales team was great working with my husband through the negotiation of the sale.
