  Thank you to Martha for making the impossible very much Possible never would I thought I’d be rolling of the lot same day.I just wanna let yall know come down to valley Kia they’ll take care of you they exceeded my expectations and very impressed with the results.come down talk to Martha she’s very professional and has a good eye on how to pair vehicles with the owners I came in thinking about a van or sedan drove off in a suv wich I wasn’t even thinking about an suv but once she showed it to me all man it was a match

  I would not recommend Valley Kia of Modesto to anyone. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Every time I visited the dealership, employees seemed more interested in avoiding customers than helping them. People would walk right past without acknowledging you, and when someone finally did help, I was often left sitting for extremely long periods of time with little to no communication about what was going on. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Calls and texts would go unanswered for hours or sometimes not at all. When someone did respond, it often felt like they had no idea who I was or what we had already discussed. I found myself repeating the same information over and over. I also dealt with promises that were never followed through on. I was told a manager would contact me directly, but I never received the call. There seemed to be very little accountability or effort to keep customers informed. Overall, the staff came across as disorganized, unknowledgeable, and uninterested in providing good customer service. Buying a vehicle should not be this difficult. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers’ time and business, and based on my experience, this is not one of them.

  Let’s talk about the service department, if you have an issue with your car your best bet is not Manteca because the techs take guesses instead of true diagnosis. Had my 2019 Kia stinger for performance issues multiple times and the first time he just hooked up the scanner and said it needed turbochargers when I asked about other components that could the issue (me being a retired automotive mechanic) the tech he said yes those could cause the issue. After they replaced many turbo related components and $400 later and various excuses they said I needed turbochargers which was a $10,000 repair. I had the turbochargers replaced and still had the same issues. If you need an oil change thats fine, if you need diagnostics go somewhere else, your better off throwing your money out of your car window if you go to Manteca and they will do it with a warm welcoming smile.

  I had an amazing experience at this Kia dealership from start to finish! The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible.   First time Kia owner. I purchased my Kia used when I was in a pinch due to a different vehicle brand. I can say that if KIA continues to be high quality experiences, I'll be a KIA customer for life. My first time at Valley Kia, and I was worried I'd have less customer service because I hadn't purchased the my car from their dealership. They treated me so well and addressed any concern I had. My car was completely taken care of by the service department, especially Carlos. While I was lounging in the lobby I met other dealership employees. Omar showed me the hybrid models I'm interested in switching over to, and gave me good information about the buying process. I found a part to my car that I was able to purchase direct at their parts department. Nicole even went to my car to make sure she found the correct part. All the departments are well connected to each other. My poor experiences with past dealerships make me an extremely critical customer. I was not pressured into services or purchases. They are customer focused and I feel better knowing they are transparent about your car. If you're a tired consumer, this is the dealership you want to be taking your business too. I recommend using the KIA app to reach out to the service department to schedule vs. selecting some of the services. The Kia app has a couple details that didn't match what I thought I was scheduling. They still took my car in even though I had to change it to a different service. The entire dealership is clean and very pleasant to wait inside for your service completion. 20/10 for local dealerships.
