  Kia Modesto reached out to my husband about buying my 2021 Kia Telluride. We weren’t looking for a new car, but decided to hear their offer and ended up selling it to them. The price and paperwork went well, but getting paid was frustrating. When we signed with VJ, the finance manager, I told him I no longer lived at the address on file and asked to pick up the check in person. He also updated my phone number because the one they had wasn’t mine. He said he would call by Friday, and if I didn’t hear from him, to reach out Monday. I never received a call. On Monday, I called the number on his card, but it went to the general office and I couldn’t leave a voicemail. My husband then texted the sales rep, who said the check wasn’t ready. On Tuesday, the check arrived in the mail at the old address I had told VJ I no longer lived at. The check was also made out to my maiden name, even though I had provided proof of my name change to sell them the car. I’ve had my current last name for over three years. Nobody told us the check was being mailed, despite our agreement to pick it up. Having it sent to the wrong address and made out to the wrong name was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. I work in sales myself, and communication matters. VJ and the two sales reps involved need to communicate better with their customers and follow through on what was agreed to. They reached out to us to buy the car, but we were left chasing updates on our payment.

  Worst place to buy a car specially with lease, they oversell with insurance $50 and call it just return your keys and walkaway. But the insurance is a total waste and they tell after you return your car we don't accept claim. Such a scam !!

  As good as it gets. Working with sales rep Andrew and finance rep VJ made the normally painful car buying experience an easy process. They were highly respectful and attentive to the things important to us as customers. What has traditionally taken almost a full day for transaction completion, our deal was efficiently complete within a few short hours. We had an equally good experience with Valley KIA buying our first KIA a few years ago when Irwin was our sales rep. We reached out to Irwin with our search for another KIA when we learned he had been promoted so we'd be working with another sales team. Not to worry working with the new team was equally easy and productive. We believe this to be a testament to Valley KIA's portrayal as a family operation providing buyers more sense of fair and respectful treatment over a more corporate experience. This is the main reason we find it worth the 80 mile drive we make to work with Valley KIA.

  Our experience at this dealership was great, a 10/10! A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I bought a used car (Rav4) from Valley Kia of Modesto. Our whole experience was great. We were treated with respect, kindness, and an exceptional customer service. Our salesman, Omar Allatry, went above and beyond helping us through the buying process. He was helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. VJ, the finance manager who processed our sale, was also very helpful during this process. We are very thankful and appreciative for both of their help. We had been looking for a used vehicle for some time, no other dealership had shown the level of professionalism, respect, and great customer service than what Omar, VJ, and Valley Kia of Modesto did. Thank you!

  I am dissatisfied with the service that was provided. I came in for my 10am appointment for an oil, filter change and tire rotation. I was promised the service will be completed by 2:30pm. I got my service done at 3pm and how is it possible for people who came in after me to have their service completed before me. This whole experience and service was a mess. Also don’t do services with Hunberto - he was gone the whole time and couldn’t even ask him for updates.
