- ADAnthem DikeAug 9, 20261.0I got my alternator changed here they knew I was going on a long trip long story short my car broke down because the alternator they changed was not put in correctly. They said they would make things right I ended up out thousands of dollars on a tow they were supposed to pay for and never did. I would never recommend getting work done on your car they could have put me in a worse situation I’m lucky my friend lived close to where I had broken down thanks to there negligence.
- NNNateAug 3, 20261.0WONT LET YOU TEST DRIVE UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING THE CAR THAT DAY REP "CESAR" WAS RUDE AND IS DOING A DISSERVICE TO KIA AND ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING ONE FROM THEM My wife and I drove in from Turlock to test drive a Kia EV9. We were introduced to a rep named "Cesar" who informed us they had two in stock. He asked us if we were looking to buy new or used and I honestly responded "used". He then said he didn't have the trim we wanted but told us the higher trim was available. He then asked us if we were planning to buy that day and I honestly told him "no". He then said "Sorry but you can't test drive it - we only offer test drives to customers looking to buy today". Seeing that this location was a waste of our time, we promptly left to buy a car at a superior Kia dealership.
