  Avoid Valley BMW — Service Department Quoted $11K, our BMW Certified Mechanic Fixed It for $1,570 On 8/2, our BMW X5 overheated while driving from CA to AZ. We had our vehicle towed to Valley BMW. On 8/3, their mechanic’s repair estimate was 11K. We asked Eric, Service Manager, for the minimum work needed to get us home safely. He quoted 6k. We sent Valley BMW’s diagnostic video to our mechanic. His response was “that’s insane.” Instead, we paid $1050 to transport our vehicle to our mechanic. Today we picked up our repaired vehicle; the total cost was $1570. That’s a $9000 difference. Whether it’s intentional gouging or a mechanic and service manager inflating diagnoses to hit numbers, the result is the same: customers being taken advantage of at their most vulnerable — stranded, far from home, and pressured to decide fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A SECOND OPINION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH REPAIRS AT VALLEY BMW.

  DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE. ❗️❗️They dont accept electronic lien releases and will withhold payment❗️❗️. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY. UPDATE: IT'S NOW BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID. I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER TO HOLD THESE CROOKS ACCOUNTABLE.

  My service appointment at Valley BMW was scheduled for 7:45 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the day, I received very little communication about the status of my vehicle. I was never given clear updates on when it would be completed, and I felt that neither my time nor my concerns were respected. The Service Manager, Steve Varni, and my Service Advisor, Jesus Ayala, were dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer or treated with the level of courtesy and respect I have always associated with the BMW brand. The dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle, but it had only about 27 miles of fuel range remaining. I live approximately 40 minutes from the dealership, so this was inconvenient from the start. About 1.5 hours after I got home, I received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I made another 40-minute drive back to the dealership, but despite that call, I still did not get my vehicle back until around 4:30 PM. The pickup process was equally frustrating. After I signed the service paperwork, Jesus Ayala handed me my key and told me my vehicle was parked somewhere in the front. I went outside in approximately 84-degree weather but could not find my car. I had to walk back inside and let him know it wasn't there. He came outside with me, and even he couldn't locate it. He then called the employee responsible for moving vehicles, who discovered my BMW was still parked in the back of the dealership. I had to stand outside and wait again while my vehicle was brought around. What disappointed me the most was that there was no apology for the inconvenience. Once my car arrived, Jesus simply walked back inside without acknowledging what had happened or saying he was sorry. After waiting all day and making two round trips, I expected much better customer service. As a loyal BMW customer for two decades, this was not the level of service I expected from a premium brand. I hope Valley BMW and BMW Corporate take this feedback seriously and improve how customers are treated. Respect, communication, and professionalism should be standard at a BMW dealership.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Jesus was professional, friendly, and helpful. He made the entire process easy and kept me updated throughout the service. The communication was excellent, and I felt like my car was in great hands the whole time. Valley BMW is definitely my go-to BMW service center from now on. I highly recommend Jesus and the entire service team to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality service.
