  Even though I didn't purchase a BMW, I bought a used 2016 Acura ILX from this dealership, and they treated me like I was buying a brand-new luxury vehicle. My sales representative, Ryan Lefebvre, was outstanding to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and even followed up both before and after the sale. While I was completing the purchase, the used car manager, Ken, came over to congratulate me, which was a nice personal touch. The finance process is often the most stressful part of buying a car, but there was absolutely no pressure. Maya in Finance. She was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. You don't have to buy an expensive car to receive exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this dealership!

  Daniel and Rob got me in my dream car with no stress. Very straightforward process. Told them I was coming to get it and they got the paperwork ready. The whole process took less than 2 hours in and out. Searched for the best rates for me from many lenders and got me a very competitive rate in today’s market. Had little room for negotiation on the advertised price, but it was so well below the market that I didn’t mind. No dealer add-ons like many other dealerships. The price you see is the price you pay, including taxes and licensing fees of course. Mayra in finance was very knowledgeable and explained what all the terms meant before I signed the documents. Will definitely be purchasing from this dealership in the future.
