Recently bought a second car from Modesto bmw , Rob, Doug and Terence . Helped me in my car buying process they were all great guys easy going and helpful, had a little hiccup with set up and they got on it and got it fixed. Recommend them if you are in the market for a New BMW I have also used the BMW in Reno Nevada and compared to Modesto they have nothing on them, matter of fact I walked out the Reno store due to the salesman- if you want my business than be fair and treat me right and I will continue to be a returning customer. That is exactly what they did at Valley BMW. I love love my new car !!!

Avoid Valley BMW — Service Department Quoted $11K, our BMW Certified Mechanic Fixed It for $1,570 On 8/2, our BMW X5 overheated while driving from CA to AZ. We had our vehicle towed to Valley BMW. On 8/3, their mechanic’s repair estimate was 11K. We asked Eric, Service Manager, for the minimum work needed to get us home safely. He quoted 6k. We sent Valley BMW’s diagnostic video to our mechanic. His response was “that’s insane.” Instead, we paid $1050 to transport our vehicle to our mechanic. Today we picked up our repaired vehicle; the total cost was $1570. That’s a $9000 difference. Whether it’s intentional gouging or a mechanic and service manager inflating diagnoses to hit numbers, the result is the same: customers being taken advantage of at their most vulnerable — stranded, far from home, and pressured to decide fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING A SECOND OPINION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH REPAIRS AT VALLEY BMW.

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE. ❗️❗️They dont accept electronic lien releases and will withhold payment❗️❗️. NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY. UPDATE: IT'S NOW BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID. I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER TO HOLD THESE CROOKS ACCOUNTABLE.
