I had a tire pop on me for my Audi etron. 250 55 20’s $$. I saw online price but called this local business to try to keep money local. Brad at McCoy made me feel like a valued customer - I did NOT tell him the online price. Out the door he was actually cheaper— and I keep the money local! Today I went in for the install. Brad is just as nice in person! They have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages — a nice touch! I cannot say how much this business and Brad impressed me. GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

I started at America's Tire. Had wheels and tires put on. I opted for the free alignment check. The printout was bleeding red in specs. No good. I went right to the Dodge dealer and they saw the car was lowered and nothing they could do. They suggested McCoy Tire so went straight there. No adjustments can be made without aftermarket parts where Dane stepped in with all the knowledge of what parts I needed to get the car back in spec. When I picked up the car, I put it to the test out in the country twisties. Very happy with the results. I definitely recommend this business!!!!! Thank You!!!!!

I was recently looking for tires for my truck and had a few different brands in mind. McCoy helped me narrow down the right choice based on my application and how I planned to use the truck. They made educated recommendations, knew their products, and never made me feel like I was being pushed toward something I didn’t need. My only mistake was not finding these guys sooner. Great service, knowledgeable people, and they clearly know their stuff. I’ll be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend McCoy! Keep it local !

I dropped my car off 10 am not expecting it to be ready until 1.thinking I needed an alignment. I didn't get a call until 1pm saying they JUST looked at it and I needed additional work done. The work needed were strut replacements. The man I spoke to said that the work could not be done in a timely manner and my car would not be ready until the next day. Saying the labor was a lot and getting the parts would take time.and the cost of everything would be $1400 I then expressed my frustration because I could have taken it to another shop to get the work done quicker. He said that I was lucky I didn't get charged for a diagnostic check and that no where else could get it done before tomorrow. Saying that the hour later than they had said didn't make a difference because even if he had started the work an hour prior meaning ON TIME that it still would not be ready. Needless to say I took my car to another shop. Called AUTOMOTIVE..they got it done in 3 hours for $744 almost half the price! Way less time. So with that being said mccoys employee was very misleading and rude. If you're too busy and don't want to get the work done you should just say that instead of having a car sit in your garage until you're ready to work on it.
