Jonathan went above and beyond to take care of me in a time of need and made sure my car was completely serviced and safe to drive. I highly recommend the Valvoline location in Mission Viejo off of Jeronimo.

- AMAj MorrisAug 26, 20261.0I allowed this shop to replace my air and cabin filter in addition to changing my oil. Since then I’ve had all my dashboard lights going off and needed a new hybrid and 12v battery. And now when I have my AC on a loud buzzing sound is made the entire time. I took it back for them to please check their work and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and aren’t mechanics and sent me on my way.

I had never seen a drive-thru oil change spot before moving here from Denver and they're so convenient - total game-changer for something I used to dread. Byron helped us this last time and was on his game and very nice. They offer a lot of extra services but are not pushy about it, and actually give you evidence if they think you need to get that service (show you dirty air-filters, check your battery health, etc). We got a new battery and air filters this time and my car drives and feels fresh as ever!
- BRBrandon RapierAug 14, 20265.0Damien and Jonathan the service manager helped me out today with my vehicles oil change and also making sure to properly test and figure out my battery issues, Jonathan notified me that my battery was defective and was still under warranty and got me a replacement for free with my oil change. Jonathan’s energy was extremely noticeable in this work environment with how positive and friendly he was with his coworkers and myself and I had to give him a compliment for it, he definitely deserves his position as the service manager for this location
