  The service was really quick and the personnel were very nice and explained pricing and everything that was going to be done. I am a former business owner and would have been lucky to have employees that were this good. Also the manager personally thanked me, which is a nice touch.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Valvoline today! I came in needing quite a few overdue maintenance services on my 2010 Ford Edge, including a transmission service, radiator/cooling system service, power steering service, fuel system service, tire rotation, and more. I was honestly expecting it to be a long, stressful visit, but the entire team made it such an easy and positive experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about making sure my car was in the best shape possible. I especially want to recognize Jose. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Employees like Jose are the reason people come back. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been an overwhelming maintenance visit such a great experience. My car feels so much better, and I left with complete confidence that everything was done right. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and will happily recommend this location to my friends and family!

  Had the quickest service and best experience here! Jonny was so knowledgeable, friendly and honest from start to finish. The whole visit was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and his professionalism and positive attitude made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and it definitely showed. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much again!

  My biggest issue with the service at Valvoline was the value. The pricing has become so expensive that it's hard to justify returning. In today's economy, where everything costs more, people are looking for value. A full synthetic oil change can often be purchased at a local auto parts store for around $40–50 in oil alone, so seeing the total cost exceed $130 is difficult to understand. I also wasn't comfortable with my vehicle's service history being pulled through a third-party database and then being told I needed additional services, even though many of those items had already been completed. It felt more like a sales pitch than genuine maintenance advice. What disappointed me most was the attitude after I declined the recommended services. Once I said no, I felt dismissed, and the interaction became noticeably less friendly. Customers should never feel pressured into spending more money, and they certainly shouldn't feel like they're treated differently when they decline additional services. A respectful, no-pressure experience would go a long way toward earning repeat business.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline. The staff (Augustine and Steven) was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They explained the services clearly, completed my oil change quickly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and convenient. I highly recommend Valvoline for outstanding customer service and quality vehicle maintenance.
