  I rented a full size SUV for a two week road trip. I had requested a vehicle that had a recent oil change as I would put quite a number of miles on this. Not only was the oil changed that morning, but the shop determined it needed four new tires. Even though I picked up later than I expected which delayed me getting packed and on the road sooner, the service level was entirely worth the wait. These guys took good care of me and I was not disappointed.

  There are essentials to renting a car. One of them is Safety,, others are confidence in the service and our vehicle that you’re renting and cost. With the price of gas today it is discouraging to have to rent a car however there are times in life where running a car makes more sense. The service and courteous actions taken by Robert LABERGEJr gave me my family confidence that we would be safe and confident that if anything were to happen on our time running the car, those problems would certainly be taken care of. I can’t reserve my next car fast enough to know that there are businesses and individuals out there who are courteous and caring individuals thank you Robert. Thank you, Enterprise.

  They rented me a truck that was an upgrade, the. As soon as the sun hit and the AC was on, it wreaked like cigarettes. Then they didn't answer the phone so we could report it. When we reuturned,.on-time, they tried to charge smother $30 fee for being 30 minutes late when in fact they made us wait for 45 minutes. They also said they would deeply discount the smoked-in vehicle, then applied a bogus $30 late return me and use the additional month to uncharted before taking about 15% off for the ash tray smelling truck. It was gross and even worse customer service.

  I've used Enterprise at various locations, and this particular location is a little small at first glance but they are fully stocked with the vehicles I tend to rent. Super clean vehicles, in great condition. Staff is attentive and doesn't rush you, they genuinely care about your experience.

  Charged me $1303 without my consent and sent me the receipt despite not being told about the charge with it saying that the charge was authorized with a “signature”. Being wrongfully charged $1303 is an insane experience and I will never be renting through Enterprise ever again after this horrible experience! Also had to wait hours during the pickup situation (I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) and waited hours during the drop off return!
