  Experience was good. Tire pressure was extremely high after service, I don't think the have the proper equipment to service tpms. Also, to much trash taking in.spanish, do that on your own time. Talking trash in front of customers is not ok even though you think people don't understand what your saying. Be more professional.

  I was referred here by another highly regarded auto shop for an alignment on my 2018 Toyota Tundra, and I’m glad I made the trip. I also ended up purchasing a new set of tires, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I worked with Charlie, who took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly. After a frustrating experience with Tustin Toyota, where my alignment was unsuccessfully addressed three separate times, Charlie’s clear explanations and professionalism really helped restore my confidence. Great job to Allen and the entire team — your service and expertise definitely stand out. 1-Star Review Below: I also want to address a recent 1-star review I came across. The issue described involved using pickup truck tires (Cooper Discoverer HT3) on a tow-behind trailer. These tires are designed for trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles—not for trailer applications. Trailer tires (ST-rated) are specifically engineered for the unique load, heat, and stability demands of towing. It’s important for safety that proper tire types are used for their intended purposes. Responsibility for selecting the correct equipment ultimately falls on the owner.

  This review is primarily for Charlie. When I was there 5/12/26, they were short staffed, and despite Charlie having to toggle between front and back of house he handled my needs with excellent service and communication. Also my phone was almost out of power so I really appreciated having the charging station available while I waited :)
