- MMManuel MelaraOct 9, 20265.0I absolutely love coming to this Quick Quack location! My nieces especially love visiting because of all the fun Halloween decorations. They get so excited seeing everything, and I love how the team goes above and beyond to make the location festive and family-friendly! I also want to give a special shoutout to Lisset! She is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I visit. Her customer service definitely makes a difference! The location is always clean and well-maintained, and the vacuums have great suction, which makes cleaning my car so much easier. Overall, it’s always a great experience here. Between the amazing customer service, clean facilities, and fun seasonal decorations, this is definitely one of my favorite Quick Quack locations. Keep up the great work, Lisset and team! 🐥🎃
- SJStephen JonesOct 9, 20265.0I come here every other day and it's nice seeing familiar faces. Johnny had got me a membership a few days ago. I was eager for a single wash but I was convinced a membership was the way to go. I don't regret getting a membership !!! Highly recommend and saves you alot of money! Great work quick quack!
- SHSemhar HaileOct 9, 20261.0Horrible car wash they damaged my car not the license plate but the driver side fender pictures attached. when i asked for them to fix it i got the run around for several months. They didn’t email or call me back.. And now they replied to this review as if they addressed the issue with me! Such filth liars, you would be better off going to another car wash! Good luck dealing with these huge and horrible scammers.
- CTCecilia TchoiOct 6, 20261.0I’ve been a customer here for over two years. It’s close to my home and convenient for getting a car wash while I’m out shopping at Costco, so I registered both of my cars and have maintained my membership all this time. However, the facility breaks down so frequently that it often seems to be temporarily closed. There have been months when, by sheer coincidence, it was closed every time I visited, meaning I was only able to use the service once that entire month on quite a few occasions. At $61.99 a month for two cars, the price is reasonable. However, given how often the facility is closed, I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. ***The same situation happened again this morning (10/06/26). I arrived here at 8:36 a.m., but the entrance was blocked with “Temporarily Closed” signs. One of the staff members told me it would reopen in 20 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that I needed to wait another 20 minutes. Oh my goodness, I wasted over an hour of my morning for nothing. This is beyond frustrating. What a waste of time.... 😡 My membership just renewed 2 days ago. This will be our last membership month!!
