  Clean place customer service its good. The parking is busy day and night most of the parking stops r in a angle makes it alittle hard to back up to the parking spots

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst truck stop ever! This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. I waited over 1.5 hours for a shower, and when it was finally my turn, the passcode didn’t work. My number was skipped, and the receptionist asked me to wait another 20–30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable! Management needs to fix this poorly managed system. Truck drivers’ time matters too!

  Absolute garbage. Avoid this Flying J / Pilot in Mira Loma (11053 Riverside Dr) at all costs. Pulled in after a long day expecting at least the basics. Instead I got chaos. Parking is a complete joke — almost everything is paid, and even if you reserve a spot on the app they still tell you the lot is full. Security walks truck to truck like they’re collecting protection money. Bobtails take up full spots, so if you’re pulling a trailer good luck. Horns, arguing, and people blocking each other. Whoever designed the layout should be fired. Showers are an insult. Wait times of 2–4 hours are normal. Booked one at 3 a.m., was first in line, still waited over an hour because staff leaves the rooms dirty and unusable instead of cleaning them. No soap, weak water pressure, towels that smell like they weren’t washed, and they throw a fresh towel on the floor and call it done. Completely disrespectful to drivers who just drove 10+ hours. Staff is rude and useless. Attitude at the counter, they act like you’re trying to steal free parking when you use points, and customer service hangs up on you. Place is always packed, lines out the door, dirty bathrooms, and they clearly don’t care. Diesel isn’t cheap enough to put up with any of this. This is the worst Pilot/Flying J I’ve been to. If you have any other option within 30 miles, take it. Zero stars.

  Horrible customer service, reserved parking on the app 3 hours ahead of getting there, when I showed up their lot was beyond full! Called customer service three times, for them to give me attitude and hang up on me! All you guys care about is taking drivers money, not about providing any kind of service! Beyond dissapointing, if there was 0 stars you guys definitely deserved it!

  If you want to be subjected to be singled out and discriminated against this is the place to go. If you want to be treated less than humane based on the management's judgement and perception of you based on the fact that you aren't a driver and are there to shower then come on down. The manager Michelle chased me down after I paid for my shower to ask me if I just paid for my shower. She was confrontational rude and out of line. She tells me that non drivers are not allowed to shower here due to some incident that occurred. I was allowed by her to use the shower this one last time. I've been a regular loyal customer here for years with no issues I know some of the staff on a first name basis. The manager has taken it upon herself to become the shower gestappo. If youre not a driver and using the shower management will single out what customers that will tell them the new policy that showers are for drivers only due to an incident that occured which is a lie. I'm not the only one that they have done this to there are several others that have been singled out and denied a basic human need that they are willing to pay for. Showers are a service they offer and can be purchased at the self checkout at anytime and anyone without having to produce a commercial drivers license to prove that your a driver. Showers remain an option at self checkout since I was singled out as someone that is homeless and less than human, therefore not worthy of bathing in Pilots showers over 6 weeks ago. It makes me sick to my stomach just writing this that this pilots manager is abusing her position of authority and targeting anyone whom she believes is part of the homeless population to deny them access to a shower. That woman is evil and she is there representing the Pilot corporation to discriminate against a group of people that she has targeted to deny them basic hygiene. Like I said I've been going there for years and I still do but only to use the restroom and take advantage of the two hour parking rule. I have sat and watched and logged endless individuals that are non drivers taking showers there no problem. I've spoke with other customers that have been told they can no longer shower there by the manager Michelle and the one thing that almost every single one of them has in common is that they are homeless. Some on the actual streets while others in their cars. I'm disgusted that this Pilot in this day and age is discriminating against targeted individuals to deny them access the use of a shower of all things. If there really was an incident that occurred with a non-driver and the showers that management's response is to stop generating the income that is made from non drivers paying to shower and only allow drivers (who showers are usually free) shower use. That is not practical reasonable or even remotely true it's a lie told to certain individuals that management has made up to get rid of certain customers based on hatred. None of the other customers that I've spoken with that have been denied the use of showers did anything to deserve this treatment being passed judgment on by an individual on a power trip is what this is. This is absolutely disgusting what is going on it's clearly an act of discrimination. The policy lie that management only tells to certain customers for no other reason than the fact they think they are homeless. You can't tell me one incident caused by a non driver has cut off use to the public use of showers. No one is going to punish paying customers for someone else's actions. This is what the management at this Pilot is doing and it's clearly discrimination and absolutely disgusting to be degrading people like they are less than human and be told lies so they can't pay for the use of a shower. This is a huge problem Pilot this is how this store is representing you. They are infringing on civil rights what they are doing is highly illegal and if prosecuted could face $4000 per incident. Also I've tried to contact pilots corporate through email and haven't heard back. Unbelievable!
