Even though there are very few people waiting for the showers at night, they don't get cleaned, resulting in long waits; we end up chasing after staff for hours to get them cleaned, only to be told to "just wait"—a solution needs to be found for this.

This place seems to hate truckers. The security is aggressive for no reason, they're just waiting for a reason to run you off the property. The first incident was after I finished fueling. I pulled up and went inside to use the bathroom, my co driver went to Wendy's. I got back to the truck before him and apparently was sitting too long waiting for him. I was told to move. I got back in line so I wasnt in the way. The day manager called my company and lied saying I was refusing to leave. Luckily my company didn't believe him, but what a shitty thing to do. The second incident occurred when I was broken down. I reserved parking, parked, and called a mechanic. The second the mechanic came and started working security told us he wasn't allowed to make repairs on the property. I've had mechanics come to truck stops and do repairs all over the country and not one, except this place, ever cared. Avoid if you can.

I don’t understand why would someone give a bad review to a truck stop- it’s a truck stop. They have fuel and showers. What do you expect, a Michelin starred restaurant on premises with a spa?

Parking is 100% paid. Don't bother paying ahead for parking unless you are there and actually find a spot. Many times I have come here with a reserved spot only to be turned away. Parking lot security wasn't out checking and/or trucks that did not pay had nobody in them. If you are going to pay for parking, you are better off going up the highway to the TA or Petro. Might be $5 more but more parking is available.

Are experienced here very very horrible when it comes to security customer service was pretty okay behind the register but security she used to be very rude and can't understand really what they're saying in English one of them yesterday outside very disrespectful I said you can go ahead and call the authority of the police im just drinking my drink eating my chips. I don't even think to do this from this the United States of America might not even be real papers for security license. Then you got another security guard in there when I was trying to charge my phone while he was stalking boxes and stuff which didn't look like an employee look like I don't know like a military/police security with a badge don't know what it was being rude as I was trying to buy my charge my phone as I was drinking my coffee
