  One of the 50 kW chargers and the level 2 charger aren't working. The other 50 kW charger worked just fine with my Mach-E, and although tap-to-pay didn't work, my chip credit card was accepted. The cable is quite long and reached to the far side of the next parking spot (my charging port is just behind the front wheel). Prices are a whopping $1/kWh, but I guess that's the price of convenience. I was confused because a bZ4x was plugged into the working charger, but it wasn't charging nor idling. I can only assume they wanted to take the parking spot without paying? The chargers are located on the mall side of the parking structure, near the middle row.
