  Very crowded parking lot from the In N Out there. People act a little crazy, so keep that in mind if you are there around lunch or dinner especially. I felt like it was fine, but when I arrived, things felt a little disorganized compared to the place we go to in San Bruno. Just a bit chaotic of a spot. Makes sense. It's right near the airport and a big gas station. Just stuff to keep in mind. The car wash was fine.

  You don’t wash cars like before. The final rinse is not enough. My car comes out with soap still on it. Because of that, dust sticks to the car very quickly. It looks like you are trying to save money by using less water. Is a little more water too expensive? I am not happy with your car wash anymore. Very disappointing.

  I just left this car wash and am incredibly disappointed with the service. I paid for the Lucky Duck wash and it is absolutely not worth it. I pulled over to vacuum and wipe off my car and it still had dust and dirt on the bottom half that was very easily wiped away with a cloth…it’s almost as if the water/soap didn’t even reach that low and I have a Tesla Model Y so it’s not like it’s a weird or uncommon body style. The wash was also unable to remove bird poop that was on the hood and roof. The vacuums are not included so I paid $5 to use vacuums that were broken, only one side worked and didn’t reach the other side of my car so now only half my car is vacuumed. Also the dryers at the end are essentially useless, I had to cloth dry my entire car. I have had better car washes for $5 at gas stations. AND they only had one lane of the car wash open while the car line climbed out into the road which caused confusion and honking as some people were trying to go to the gas station and some were going to the car wash.

  DO NOT USE QUICK QUACK IN MILLBRAE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a quick quack membership and have used Millbrae as the closest to My house. NOT ANY MORE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!!!! For Many weeks/months their overhead brushes that clean the windshield and top of the car have been out of service. When I drove up to get my car washed today I specifically asked if the brushes had been repaired. I was told yes they are working. THAT WAS A LIE!!’ When I inquired why they lied and told me that it was repaired they said it wasn’t a lie. I confronted them and told them that I did not see any brushes cleaning the top of my car and the windshield. They then changed their position and said well only one side works. I was in line for the side that hasn’t been repaired, and when I asked if the brushes had been fixed that’s where the lie happened. THEY LIED TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Millbrae location is only five minutes from my house. I will travel as far as I have to in order to get a car wash from Quick Quack at any other location even if I have to travel 2 hours to get it done. After I posted this I read another post complaining about having to pay to use the vacuum after having paid a high price for the wash. The stores response was that they have always charged for the vacuum. THAT IS ALSO A LIE. When theyn first entered the Millbrae market and for years they did not charge for the vacuum. THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE!!!!!!!! AVOID MILLBRAE AT ALL COSTS. Go to South San Francisco. Cleaner facility and all of their equipment works properly. AVOID MILLBRAE AT ALL COSST!!!!!!!!!!!
