  I do not recommend this car wash based on my experience. About halfway through the wash cycle, I heard something strike my vehicle. Shortly after exiting the car wash, my low tire pressure warning light came on. I pulled into the vacuum area and discovered that my tire was completely flat. Upon further inspection, I found that the tire valve stem had been completely cut off. The onsite manager submitted a damage claim to corporate and assured me that I would be contacted within three days. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. I have also attempted to contact the company directly but have been unsuccessful in getting a response. What should have been a $20 car wash turned into an unexpected $300 expense for a tow and a replacement tire. The lack of communication and follow-up regarding this incident has been extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and accountability, and I would caution others before using this car wash.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. The staff member was rude and unprofessional when dealing with customers. Good customer service and respectful communication are important, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to staff. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash, thanks to Jennifer! She was very friendly, professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant, and her positive attitude really stood out. Employees like Jennifer make a big difference and represent the company very well.   I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash and would like to share my experience to warn others. During my visit, a piece of metal became lodged in the car wash brush, causing damage to my vehicle. One of the employees acknowledged the situation and assisted me in filing an incident report. He even went inside the car wash and bring the metal piece which was stocked in. rush from prior car which damaged my car The following day, I contacted the car wash’s customer service department to follow up on the incident. I was told that they had reviewed the security camera footage and found nothing lodged in the brush. This response was extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances and the evidence I had documented. Despite the incident report and the supporting evidence, the company refused to take responsibility for the damage or offer any resolution to repair my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled and the lack of accountability demonstrated by the management. I expected a professional investigation and a fair resolution, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering using this location to exercise caution. Based on my personal experience, I do not feel that my concerns were handled honestly or fairly. Please refer to the attached photos as evidence of the damage. I hope management will reconsider its decision and take appropriate responsibility for this incident.

  I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team here. This review is genuinely coming from my heart—no one asked me to write it, and I simply wanted to show my appreciation for the hard work you all put in every day. I really appreciate how you always keep the machines well-maintained and make sure everything is working properly. I also appreciate the long hours you work, from 7 AM to 9 PM, and especially the fact that you continue working through difficult weather conditions, whether it’s extremely cold, rainy, or just an uncomfortable day. That kind of dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you to every single employee for your hard work and for always being helpful and respectful.
