- CDCameron Doyle6 days ago2.0This is a terrible carwash, tracks violently jerked my wheel and now my steering feels off. Additionally the front brushes grabbed my front license plate and pulled a whole corner off of my car. When I brought it to the wash attendants attention they said "oh we don't take claims for license plates." Additionally the owner is veryyy greedy with the vacuums and a lot of them just didn't work. I canceled my membership permanently and I will warn all my friends not to go

If that was the only issue I’d have kept my membership, but I just cancelled it due to the fact that a) their membership costs are well above other car washes b) their membership doesn’t include vacuuming. The vacuums are $5, outrageous! C) They are so short staffed that there is no one to replenish the towels and this is the third time in a row that I’ve had to hunt for them. D) customer service is ok, but the two very young employees that are 100% responsible for the entire car wash cannot problem solve to save their lives. I approached one of them about towels, and instead of telling me they’d bring my concerns to their manager, they said, “That’s above us. It’s not our fault. You have to talk to the manager.” I explained that the manager wasn’t there so I was telling them so that they can relay the message that customers are cancelling memberships due to them not having enough help to run the car wash effectively. On another note, I feel bad for the young people who work there. 2 are running this car wash alone and they have to run from side to side to enter license plates and guide cars in the wash. Perhaps the reason for the short staffing issue is because these young people quit due to having no support. I had the big fancy monthly plan and I will not return or renew my subscription. Such a Shame!

I drive a Cadillac Escalade ESV that is also registered for commercial use under a TCP. Without any warning or explanation, my membership was terminated. At first, I assumed it was a mistake, so I paid again and rejoined. After only 2–3 washes, the same thing happened again. I paid and rejoined a third time, and once again my membership was terminated. I was not even refunded the money I had paid. After finally calling customer service to find out what was going on, I was told that because my vehicle operates under a TCP, I am required to have a Commercial account rather than a regular membership. If that is truly Quick Quack’s policy, I have one very reasonable question: why is this policy apparently not being applied consistently? I believe there is many other commercial vehicles operating under TCP that continue to use regular memberships without being removed. If the policy exists, it should be clearly communicated and consistently enforced for everyone - not selectively enforced after customers have already paid. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for consistent treatment, transparency, and a fair resolution, including an explanation for why my memberships were repeatedly terminated and why I was not refunded. I wasn’t that bad customer for over a year and had no problem with the service itself. What changed my opinion was the way this situation was handled. Quick Quack: if there is a legitimate policy regarding TCP/commercial vehicles, please explain it clearly and explain why it appears to be enforced differently between customers?!

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
