I get dirty cars from the San Rafael location in Novato, but here they are thorough. I also found them be very honest and polite and I just it’s the best location in Marin County to rent a car. It’s not a large location, but if you’re gonna get a car here gonna get a clean one and respect they are just respectful and in contrast with the in Novato and SanRafael, just they don’t compare. I’m completely impressed with Kyle and his crews … just the way to handle the situation I had

- JTJanice TomitaMar 18, 20261.0Recently, rented a Mitsubishi car for 2 weeks. On the fourth day, the automobile registered "low engine oil" on a drive in the evening to Petaluma. At the same time, the temperature gauge, was rising. Stopped at a gas station. Put 3 quarts of oil and it still registered below the bottom line. It was negligence on the part of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and felt that my safety had been jeopardized due to poor maintainance. Fortunately, the car did not stop and I was able to get to a gas station. Also, went to FastTrak to register the car temporarily on my Fast Trak account. FastTrak stated it was not a registered license and would not take the license. Due to my poor experience, returned the car the following day. Was given some compensation, however, felt the rental needed to be given complementary since it was apparent, the car had not been serviced in some time.
