  The worst service ever. My insurance company arranged for a rental. The car was supposedly reserved. When the garage called Enterprise, there was no car available and was told thepeparwork was at Enterprise Mill Valley. Enterprise Mill Valley claims dthe paperwork was at San Rafael. Enterprise Mill Valley finally said they would accept responsibility. They said they would call me back for a pick-up. After waiting an hour, I took an Uber home. I called Enterprise and arranged for a car to be dropped off at 8:00 am the next morning. I confirmed they would drop off the car, and I did not have to be driven back to their office. At 8:45, when I heard nothing, I called Enterprise and the agent I spoke to said he was "too busy," to pick me up--never mind that he couldn't even call to tell me he could not drop off the car. The representative also denied having told me they would drop off the car--saying that was not an option. This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I was told yesterday. I understand plain English and I know what I was told. I don't appreciate the gaslighting, the unreliability and the rude and inconsiderate treatment. I've missed my appointments and am now stranded without a car. Rude, inconsiderate, and unreliable service.

  The guys that work in the Mill Valley office were very helpful. The car was spacious- Subaru SUV. The Mill Valley office staff were the best.

  I was really impressed with Kyle and his team in mill valley they are really courteous just low-key manner and the lady who washes the car is the best I’ve seen. I get dirty cars from the San Rafael location in Novato, but here they are thorough. I also found them be very honest and polite and I just it’s the best location in Marin County to rent a car. It’s not a large location, but if you’re gonna get a car here gonna get a clean one and respect they are just respectful and in contrast with the in Novato and SanRafael, just they don’t compare. I’m completely impressed with Kyle and his crews … just the way to handle the situation I had
