  Given how busy the location is, they are quick and efficient. They are knowledgeable, inform of work that is needed or should be done, but do not push those services at the same time. This lack of being pushy sales, just informative is greatly appreciated as this allows persons such as myself to make note of needed work and get that worked into my ability to budget it.

  Usually my experience is outstanding. I went in for oil change and requested a headlight be replaced and after about 1/2 hour Victoria told me it was complete and 39.99 would be charged. I agreed. Then the gentleman who tried replacing it came and said it didn’t work. I would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. I asked Victoria if tires could be checked. She replied they were checked and were fine. When the technician came by I asked if they were low and he said he hadn’t checked but he would. When I got home not only were the tires low but the hood was not closed all the way.

  Valvoline really needs to reconsider its “15-minute oil change” advertisement. A basic oil change took over 30 minutes, and I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for service—even though there were only three vehicles ahead of me. What made the experience worse was the lack of urgency or customer service from the employees. No one seemed to care that customers were waiting that long. If the service consistently takes this long, the “15-minute oil change” advertising is misleading and should be removed or changed to reflect the actual wait times. I won’t be returning—I’d rather take my vehicle somewhere else.

  We had a great experience at Valvoline today! Alex and Jet were absolutely amazing and made the whole oil change process quick, easy, and stress-free. They were friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we were taken care of. It’s always nice to come across staff who genuinely care about providing great customer service. We really appreciate all their help and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Alex and Jet! 🚗✨

  Update! Over a week, and the so-called manager "Veronica" has yet to call and address the neglect this location caused by damaging my car and refusing to refund my service and pay for the part THEY damaged! After Ryan Ringle admitted they failed to correctly attach my skid plate, I asked for an incident report, to which he claimed he didn't know what that was. He said all he could do was bend the skid plate back as much as possible, use zip ties to hold it, and that he didn't have two Phillips screws to replace. I asked for a new skid plate to be ordered since VALVOLINE was neglectful and careless and caused damage to my car! He said he couldn't do anything and that a "Veronica," the manager, would contact me in two days...well, it's going on TWO WEEKS, AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! I WAS LEFT TO PAY TO REPLACE MY SKID PLATE with no refund or replacement! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE! I literally just left, and they didn't screw something on properly! Driving down the freeway, something fell off, made a scary noise, and I had to pull over! The cover underneath is hanging!
