  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Celia and Jacob were both professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything quick and easy while still taking the time to explain things clearly. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. Definitely recommend!

  I came in for an oil change here at Valvoline and it was a great experience! They helped me get the right service my car needed and the staff was very helpful and informative. Victoria, Camren and Ray were very helpful! Definitely recommend getting your service done here (:

  Super fast and staff was very welcoming and encouraging to drive, who is still learning where everything is in our vehicle. With their new tools, we didn't even need to go into the racks to have our oil changed, so it was even faster and easier than expected.

  Worst oil change in my 52 years of driving. 15 minutes ? BS. After the young man missed my oil inlet with the oil gun and shot a half quart of oil all over my engine, hood, and fenders, they spent 20 minutes trying to clean up the mess he made. I pulled my truck into the next lot to check the damage. Oil everywhere. Will never use these incompetent people again. And they charged $25 more than the dealer ! Even with my veteran discount. Never again.

  Celia and Ryan were great during my oil change visit. They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into any extra services, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and they kept me updated while I waited. It’s always nice to feel like your time is respected, and they definitely delivered on that. Overall, a smooth and stress free experience!
