Celia and her team were, by far, the most thorough technicians I've dealt with for automotive maintenance. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with the preventative maintenance they provided. Thank you to the entire Valvoline team in Menifee.

Pulled up for an oil change at Valvoline in Menifee. There were several cars ahead of me but it didnt take long to get my oil change. Was assisted by Austin(manager) l, he was very professional and got me in and out in 15 mins. Would recommend this shop to family and friends.

Great service experience, the ladies that assisted me were way more than perfect. Customer service was excellent and the service was perfect. Price was reasonable. Wait time was reasonable as it’s the weekend. This was way better than sitting at the dealership and having anxiety. Never been here as my vehicle always went to the dealership for maintenance, but with these crazy prices, I wanted to give them a chance and I feel great about my choice. Thank you everyone for your fast service and I will see you soon with my other vehicle!

I’m here at the Menifee location & I’ll tell you, the employees are really nice! I had a chance to work with Alex & Jet & they were so nice, professional & patient. Austin checked my oiled levels with a smile regardless of the heat! They offered me services that I needed, not just to make a sale which I appreciate. Leveled out my tires, cleaned out my leaking engine oil & make sure I was good to go before I left the site. I appreciate this location a bunch! Thanks!

I have been waiting here an hour as well as the person behind me. We have only moved once in our lane while the other lane has been moving. The problem is a guy in BMW cut in to a line that was in the next door car wash and he blocked people from getting in the car wash. I talked to him about it and he didn't even care. He will be getting served before we do, and we've been in this line 20 minutes longer. I talked to the management about it and they obviously don't care. They had a chance to correct it before cars started piling up but now we're stuck, I'm never coming back again. And I come here every month.
