  Gerber Collision & Glass Lake Elsinore: I had a estimate made and came back in a few months to have the repair work done. Emelio the Estimator, was rude, unprofessional a BS er, trying to tell me the estimate was just that, (a estimate) telling me the $1700.00 estimate could easily go to $3,000 dollars saying the radar would have to be recalibrated at $800.00 more. I got 4 estimates and none of them said anything about radar recalibrateion. To prove his point he started poking his 3 fingers into the small hole in the bumper cover making it worse. He even said if I did not let him do what HE wanted I would have to tow the car out of there and pay for the work done so far. I reminded him I'm paying cash and you do what I want not what you want. I asked him are you really trying to talk me out of getting the work done here? I ended up going to the Gerber Collision & Glass in Menifee Drew was kind, nice, professional and wanted to work with me, the opposite of Emilio. Drew told me he could get the estimate down from the 1700.00 and I told him to save money by not using OEM parts. Car was ready in 4 days just as promised and I was in awe at the just over $1000.00 price and the car looking brand new. Gerber Collision in Lake Elsinore I'am sure has lots of good employees just not the one the public deals with. What a shame.

  Great Customer Service! I went in for a Minor Service and was Greeted by a very nice young man named Drew, and I was in and out of there and back on the road very quickly! Highly Recommended.

  I had an outstanding experience at Gerber Collision & Glass, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. A huge thank you to my estimator, Robert Loucel. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain every detail of the repair process, and made sure I was kept in the loop with consistent updates. It’s rare to find that level of communication and transparency. A few things that really stood out: - Volkswagen Certified: Knowing this is a Volkswagen certified repair facility gave me total peace of mind that my car was being handled according to factory standards with the right expertise. - Speed & Efficiency: They were incredibly accommodating of my schedule. I was blown away when they actually started working on my car the very same day I dropped it off! - Professionalism: Every person I encountered was professional and helpful, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. If you’re looking for quality work and a team that truly values your time, this is the place to go. Thanks again to Robert and the crew for the top-notch service!

  I highly recommend this business. The professional professionalism and customer service Is exceptional. I took my car in for an estimate, then decided to have the repair done, took the car in for a repair and picked it up. All of this was complete completed less than a week. They communicated during the repair to let me know the status and any changes or recommendations and followed up after the repair was done to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. Jason and Xavier are great to work with. Thank you, Gerber Collision !
