- BRBryan Rossman4 days ago1.0Service is atrocious and moves as slow as time itself. They had my vehicle for 4 days and did 5 hours of work. A factory qualified dealer took 5 hours to install a generator quoted at 1 hour. You would think they know how to do it The communication is awful. I was lied to repeatedly by multiple employees, they ducked my calls, did not provide updates and overall incompetent. Parts was terrible, got the wrong parts, didn’t get all the parts, even recommended parts that are in the vehicle already and there was no communication with service between them. Management did nothing to help address the issue.
- JCJoshua Colby6 days ago5.0We took in our 2025 Jayco travel trailer in for its one year maintenance after having put a 5-6k mile trip around the country on it and Art took care of us!! We had some issues w the rv and Art did 100% of the communication with the warranty company. He got every thing taken care of, truly went above and beyond! He was communicative and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Camping World Menifee, not only were they rockstars with our original purchase, but now they further delivered by making sure the warrantied items got fixed at no cost to us! We are definitely customers for life! Thank you 🙏

Sales associate Ruben went above and beyond also very patient to make sure we get what we needed it, not to mention his knowledge on the field made it smooth to close the deal. Want to thank Ruben, Alex and the person printing the negotiations quotes for their exceptional customer service.
