Had a great experience with a young lady named Joy, who was truly a blessing to my father! He told me about his experience when he visited the store about three weeks ago, with his skid plate dragging on the ground. He had to drive slowly all the way there, worried about the situation cars behind him were honking at him being rude for driving so slow. When he arrived, Joy went above and beyond to help him by fixing his skid plate so it would no longer drag on the ground. My father is on a tight budget, so her kindness and willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. Thank you so much, Joy, for being so kind and helpful to my father! He explained everything you did for him and specifically asked me to reach out and express his gratitude. Your compassion and generosity truly made a difference in his day. And to top it all off, your name, Joy, was the perfect reflection of the happiness you brought him :) People like you make a real difference, and your kindness does not go unnoticed. Thank you again, for going out of your way to help my father. You are truly appreciated!

★★★★★ Outstanding Customer Service at AutoZone After months of trying to resolve a battery and starting issue with Hello Subaru of Temecula, AutoZone finally stepped up and took care of me. Last night, my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek would not start, and I ended up having to take an Uber home. I had been using a 680 CCA battery, which I purchased based on the specifications provided for my Subaru. I was subsequently told by Subaru that I should have a battery with at least 750 cold cranking amps. I took the 680 CCA battery back to AutoZone and explained the entire situation. The gentleman helping me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in solving my problem. He had not heard of Subaru's 750 CCA recommendation and couldn't find a standard replacement listed with that rating either. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing he could do, he looked for another solution. He found a 765 CCA battery that would properly fit my Crosstrek, installed it for me, took back my old battery, and refunded the purchase price of a battery I had purchased approximately two years ago. That is customer service. After months of frustration elsewhere, AutoZone listened to the problem, found a solution, and stood behind what they sold me. No excuses, no runaround—just someone taking care of a customer. Bravo, AutoZone. You have earned a customer for life. And unfortunately, the contrast with my experience at Hello Subaru of Temecula could not be greater. I wish the dealership that sold me the vehicle had demonstrated the same level of concern and customer service that AutoZone did.
