  I witnessed a store employee here lose it today. A customer if front of me wanted a refund and this long purple haired employee lost it for no reason. I couldn’t believe what I saw. Nice store tho, very well put together and whoever does the cleaning did a good job.

  This is David the store manager at this location. I’ve never been treated so rude by a manager. This man is extremely unprofessional and emotionally unhinged to be working in customer service. This store should really drug test their employees. What a shame. I recommend going to another auto parts store. I will be filing formal complaints with corporate and regional management in regards to the experience. Be better.

  Came to this Autozone to dispose of my oil and get my battery tested, a man by the name of Dwight was very helpful and went out of his way to help us and very friendly, he provided excellent customer service, I been to the other Autozone in Menifee on Antelope Road and not such a great experience, Id come here again!

  I wanted to take a moment to commend Lacy, the manager at the AutoZone on Newport Road and Murrieta Road. I first dealt with her about a month ago when I came in for an item for my vehicle, and once again today she went above and beyond with her customer service. I came in stressed and worried because my vehicle was having battery issues. Lacy personally took the time to test everything and discovered my battery was actually good. During the process, we also found that my oil was dangerously low. She helped me get the correct oil for my vehicle and potentially saved me thousands of dollars in engine damage. What impressed me most was not only how she treated me, but how she treats every customer and employee around her. She is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and truly runs that store with care and leadership. You can clearly see the mutual respect between her and her staff, and that says a lot. People are always quick to complain, but great employees deserve recognition too. Every time I’ve visited this location, Lacy and her staff have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I walked in worried and stressed, and I left relieved knowing my vehicle was going to be okay. Thank you again, Lacy, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have you.
