  Came to this Autozone to dispose of my oil and get my battery tested, a man by the name of Dwight was very helpful and went out of his way to help us and very friendly, he provided excellent customer service, I been to the other Autozone in Menifee on Antelope Road and not such a great experience, Id come here again!

  I wanted to take a moment to commend Lacy, the manager at the AutoZone on Newport Road and Murrieta Road. I first dealt with her about a month ago when I came in for an item for my vehicle, and once again today she went above and beyond with her customer service. I came in stressed and worried because my vehicle was having battery issues. Lacy personally took the time to test everything and discovered my battery was actually good. During the process, we also found that my oil was dangerously low. She helped me get the correct oil for my vehicle and potentially saved me thousands of dollars in engine damage. What impressed me most was not only how she treated me, but how she treats every customer and employee around her. She is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and truly runs that store with care and leadership. You can clearly see the mutual respect between her and her staff, and that says a lot. People are always quick to complain, but great employees deserve recognition too. Every time I’ve visited this location, Lacy and her staff have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I walked in worried and stressed, and I left relieved knowing my vehicle was going to be okay. Thank you again, Lacy, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have you.

  I don't know much about cars or their parts. We in today, and got helped by Anthony G. His customer service was AMAZING!. He took his time, and was very nice. Walked in stressed, walked out satisfied and stress free!

  Hello AZ Corp, or Branch manager, or Franchise owner, I came in on 5/5/2026 to return some key fob batteries, and I purchased some new wiper blades. The store associate named Destiny, was the most pleasant, positive, helpful, knowledgeable, (funny) and flat out an awesome representative of Auto Zone. 100% And no, I do not know Destiny, and for the most part all of your store's crew are helpful and nice. But she really, really left me walking out feeling really good about Auto Zone! So much that I even brought her back a couple of tacos from our local Mexican place around the corner. She deserves a good kudos or ata' boy/girl, or employee of the month or a RAISE! I only wish more young people like Destiny worked in retail and customer service everywhere.
