  We rented a SUV but was given an Audi . The audi is VERY low to the ground and not the car we reserved. I am a short person and couldnt see over the steering wheel. We were able to get the SUV equivalent the next day but was very unhappy we weren't given what we reserved originally. All was forgiven but in the future I really would like the car we reserved or something like it in the future.

  I got a car with only 1.4 gallon of gas left. It's impossible to return with such low level. When I started the engine, it told me that I only have 20mi to go. I ended up return with 6.9 gallon. Basically National is tricking and ripping off the customers. I know gas price is high nowadays but don't play the trick please. Are you testing my obsession level?

  Had a really good experience with National! The car was ready to go when I got there and they actually had a few options and let me pick which Id prefer. The car was in great shape and was everything I needed for my trip. Super easy return as well, the customer service is great!
