  I raced upstate to Arcata, CA because my sister was dying. She passed away 3 days later. Her family was so distraught and shocked that I left 2 days earlier than planned to give them time to mourn. I called Enterprise and was assured I would receive a refund for the 2 days not used. NOT SO. instead I got emails saying no refund. I called again and they said their employee was mistaken. (Later I got a voicemail from the manager, Grant Lesser, saying that “everything looked great “ with the car and he asked me to leave a 5-star review for them.) In comparison, I received a prompt refund from the hotel for the 2 unused days. NEVER AGAIN with enterprise! It’s just a scam and they DO NOT CARE about the customer.

  Pathetic. Hour long line—not their fault. But when they don’t have your car and they give you a smaller one and they can’t even manage to put in a discount … pathetic.

  Quick and kind service. No nonsense. They don't go crazy trying to upsell you added insurance. Pick up and drop off was a breeze.

  Flew all the way over here from Salt lake city to pick up a car I had rented for the night and they didn't have any. After waiting an hour and the other incoming flight getting delayed drastically, Jack upgraded me to a 15 passenger van which was super awesome and I am so grateful for! That being said, had that not happened I would have been stranded here overnight like some others who were not as persistent. Make sure you have a backup plan renting from these folks. If you rent from Avis nextdoor here, they do not overbook and they are fully upfront about this fact. They had no availability and didn't pretend to by listing vehicles online
